straight LEG DED LIFTS 4X1O
LUNGES WITH DUMBELLS 50 EACH LEG
CALF RAISES SIGLE LEG WITH HEAVE DUMBELL 3X20 (WORKING UT AT HOME)
DID NRDICTRACK SKI MACHINE FO 3O MINUTES (MY TREAD MILL IS BROKE) JUST LE ME.
25 MG D-BOL BEFORE WORKOUT.
300 MG TEST CYP
250 MG MAST E
40 MG NOLVA
.25 MG A-DEX
MUTI VITIMIN.
PROTEIN SHAE
MEAL 2 12 EGG WHITES, 1 CUP OATS, 1 BANANA,
MEAL 3 TURKEY BREAST, 1 LARE SWEET POTATO, 2 CUPS BROCCOLI

I FEEL LIKE IM LOSING FAT, I'm THE SAME WEIGHT S WHEN ISTARTED THIS CONTEST (200 LBS) +/- A COUPLE. I'm SURE I CANT HAVE THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS, ( gain muscle and lose faat the same time) But want to. I need to in order to compete with the monsters in this contest. My gear list is very short as you can see, but it's great stuff. I eat petty much exactly the same everyday to get good base line. I think I'll add 500 calories a day for a bit o see what happens. I wish everyone he best in this contest, don't let an od guy beat you!

Just wanted to say great start so far dpile! Def jealous of the home setup you have there and wow I am 29 and you sir are making me look bad hahaha keep it up brother!

All mine been at home too brother.
Haven't went to gym since Dec except for once

Switching jobs has changed things.
Waiting on some but doing side work

Those home workouts are effective! You can even hit strength with exercises like pistol squats, one arm push ups, pull ups... it's all good. Great job bro

Thanks brothers. I wish I looked like mountain man! I still have a few months left to make it. I have a 48 inch chest, and a 32 inch waist he is 260 with a 32 inch waist. T
