ok boys chest and tris today. felt great!
Flat db bench 5 sets
set 1-4 100 lb dumbells 8 reps
set 5 drop set 3 drops
incine db 5 sets
sets 1-4 90 lbs 8 reps
set 5 drop set 2 drops
low incline fly
3 sets till failure 35 lbs not sure how many reps eah.
Close grip bench
3 sets
incline dumbbell extensions
3 sets 12-1 reps (ffailure in last)
3 sets kick backs
I feel like I'm getting back into it, feel a lot stronger and way less rest between sets, I'll fill in food later.
300 mg tet cyp
250 mg mst e
80 mg t-bol

Having to do Sunday to get rest.
But that's it pushing now.
Alot has been busy in our life this week with moving in New place within the month.
But I have room for my home Gym inside.

Meal -2- whey shake 1/2. Cup oats
Meal 3- Chicken breast and salad
Meal 4- chicken. Breast lg sweet potato Broccoli (a lot)
Meal 5 casein shake
Multi vitamin fish oil

Thanks. It's not a lot of calories, I know that even natural I would gain on 2500 ish calories a day. So I just rally trying to jeat clean, not always easy , I want cake and pizza. But if I look at either my ass will jiggle for a week. It will work. It's easy all I want to do is drop all of my fat and gain 15 lbs of muscle. I know does not work that way exactly, better luck catching a unicorn.the good news is you guys get to watch the comedy of an old guy chasing a unicorn.

Maybe some good fats u throw a bit of olive oil and vinegar on that salad or just olive oil on chix breast.

I don't know I never used a gainer . I used carb mixes protein iso, whey,and casein

I'll give those a try I used to put olive oil and natural peanut butter in the shakes for calories. Sorry for the delay on the pictures they are a few posts back no big change.

Dpsnutrition.net has the best price on the ultimate nutrition 2600 gainer get a xxl shaker cup,I have a few My mutant they are 2 1/2 x bigger than the standard.

rack pulls 3x8
bent over barbell rows 3 x 10
shrugs 3x20
Barbell curls 3x10
incline dumbbell curls 3x10
hammer curls 3 x 10
Meal 1 whey shake, oats, banana, honey. after lifting
Meal 2, 2 hours after meal 1, 5 whole eggs 5 egg whites, 1 cup oats
meal 3 chicken breast, salad, broc, olive oil on all.
meal 4 2 cans tuna 1 large sweet potato , broc.
meal 5 casein shake with almonds.
there it is boys. Let's get some.
