ok boys chest and tris today. felt great!
Flat db bench 5 sets
set 1-4 100 lb dumbells 8 reps
set 5 drop set 3 drops
incine db 5 sets
sets 1-4 90 lbs 8 reps
set 5 drop set 2 drops
low incline fly
3 sets till failure 35 lbs not sure how many reps eah.
Close grip bench
3 sets
incline dumbbell extensions
3 sets 12-1 reps (ffailure in last)
3 sets kick backs
I feel like I'm getting back into it, feel a lot stronger and way less rest between sets, I'll fill in food later.
300 mg tet cyp
250 mg mst e
80 mg t-bol
