In 9 years if I look as good as u do I will be very very happy

Thanks Big Beef. I have miles to go, still fat, Still not enough muscle. That's what makes all of us a different breed, others look at us and say wow looks good, and we being who we are or me being who I am say nope weak upper chest, fat left to lose upper middle back weak, arms too small, so we work and do things others sit on the couch and say I'll start tomorrow. We are all a different breed. That's my 2 cents. Keep up the good work boys, we are all going to be better off for it.

It seems to be, it started out to be a hard little lump, it seems to be a little smaller, still there but smaller. So I'm sure it will work, thanknyou.

There ya go buddy! I knew the weight would start coming on. Meatloaf is a good one. If you want, next time ball up the meatloaf before it's cooked & pour light cream of mushroom over the top of it when it's about halfway through the cook. It's like meatballs & the light cream of mushroom shouldn't have much fat at all in it. You won't have to cook it as long & I serve it over wheat toast

Sorry for being a bit MIA. My aunt is in really bad shape, she is prolly going to pass away almost any time, so I have been visiting, she has alzhimers and cancer, so sometimes she knows people sometines not. I HAVE BEEN GETTING WORKOUTS IN.
sUNDA CHEST/SHOULDR/ TRIS
flat dumbbell press, 5 sets 8 reps, 8 reps, 10 reps, 12 reps, 5 set till falure
incline dumbbell press, 5 sets same s above
different levels of dumbbell flyes 4 sets 1set at each level till failure.
then I get 2 10 lb plates squeeze them together and press with it 3 sets till failure
SHOULDERS;
SEATED BARBELL PRESS 4 SETS 10-2 REPS
FRONT, SIDE AND REAR RAISES 3 SETS 12 REPS EACH.... 1 SET I DOING ALL 3 IN A ROW SO 3 SETS OF THAT.

close grip bench 5 sets 8,8,10,12,15
lying behind the head barbell extensions. 4 sets failure on each.
very little rest, maybe 30 seconds max. 3-4 seconds lowering on each rep really squeezing and connecting with the muscle.
To me this was a pretty rough workout. Loved it.

250 mg mast e
25 mg d-bol
I feel great, I wished I looked as good as I feel. Soon enough right.
yesterday and today ate a lot both days
Protein, at least 350 g
carbs (all slow) 400-500 g
fats not so much just about 120 g per day.
to me that s a lot of food. I did this just to change up then go back to my normal eating, I'm hoping my body thinks food is abundant, so when I switch back tomorrow, bam fat loss is going on. I hope this happens anyway.

Hope things go ok with family and people we lose most of us remember the good they had.
