OK boys, Thank you very much for your support. It is amazing to have such a great bond with people that have never met. Thank you all again. I have managed to keep workouts going through this. Not what I would have liked but go some work in. Food has been not great . wll be up and running here on the board, with food , and hitting the weights.

front side and rear delt raises,

Let me know what labs u gotta take in April.
Better yet tell me date of labs, or draw of blood for labs.

We can get u switched to short esters and u can stop approx 5 days before I think I do.

Try and put labs off till April 20-may 1

Loading primo e would help and u can continue thru labs
Anavar would help to run up till 2 days before labs

I will let you know. I will find out in april what the lab slip says. I'm sure I can put it off for a bit. I have test p tren a , but I only have mast e , I could drip the mast e and maybe add t-bol back in. I'm still in a bad way for money. but I have enough test p and tren ace and t-bol if I drop the mast e.

I'm sorry for all of the questions. I will be adding tren ace in 10 days, I have anti-p, should I start that at .5 every 3.1/2 days before I start the tren? I am taking nolva 10 mg everyday, and adex .25 everyother day. I do not want prolactin gyon. Any help would be great.

Use anti p once u start tren at 0.5mg at 2x week
I am using now on deca.
Will continue with tren too.
I use Nolva 10mg a day and I switch from adex. Letro, and aromasin.

If u were u u would starve that lump.
Use nolva high enough till goes away and I also would up AI to 0 5mg adex eod too.
Until lump gone.

I use adex 0.5 eod all the time no problems with nolva 10mg
Also I use high mast and proviron.
On 700 mg test a week I can use adex 0.5 eod with no problems of low estro

Thank you Sir. I have upped the mast e to 600 mg a week (300 2 times a week) I will go 40 on the nolva and up adex to 0.5 eod until lump gone. You are the man.

Good day gents. I want to apologize for there be a drop off in posting. I'm now in the process of moving, on top of everything else. Not a complaint just letting you guys know. All of that on top of trying to compete with all of you monsters. Saturday was leg day, I got 3 sets in on squats, front squats so weight was not over the top. Knees forced a stoppage in the action. I figured I would give them a week to get on board.
Sunday was Chest , tris and shoulders. That looked like this
Incline db press
5 working sets of 8 reps slow negative 4 second, then really squeeze them up.
Flat db press
5 working sets same deal as incline press.
Flyes
I trid something different on these, layed on the floor and used much heaver weights than when on the bench,
5 sets of 12
3 sets f push ups till failure. Super set incline, I took 2 10 lb plates squeezed them together and pressed (big pump)
Shouders
BB seated press
5 working sets of 10 last 2 were drops 3 drops each set.
DB front side and rear raises, 4 sets of 10 each. last set 3 drops all drops till failure
Tricepts
Close grip bench
5 working sets 10-12 reps last set drop 3 drops... Tris were BURNNG!!!!
Kick backs
3 sets till failure.MORE BURN!!!!! Loved it.
Still doing workouts at home... I am trying some new things, Kind of limited on equipment, So 'm doing some experimenting

37.5 mg Tren ace, I have used tren ace before, and I am aware of the good and bad. I' still going to start slow, 37.5 everyday for a week or so,then 50 mg everyday, for about a week or so just to make sure I'm cool. I have been as high as 75mg everyday. So I hope to be at that in abut 2 weeks. I don't know that this is the best way to go, But I've ben lucky enough to have great leadership from muscle mechanic and mountain man, There advise has always been with my best interest, and health in mind. So here we go again.

Food is getting very boring. I eat almost exactly the same thing everyday. I will need to begin to eat more protein and carbs, as I think fat and tren don't go so well together. I could be wrong, but I have been wrong before. Would any of you guys with tren experience be able to let me know if this correct? I will post new diet when I get the fats and tren part straight. Thank you for any help.

Seated incline db curls (full extension at bottom)
3 sets 10-12 reps, last set forced reps
Hammer curls
3 sets 10-12 reps, last set forced reps.
Meal 1- whey shake with mixed berries and1 cup oats all mixed up.
Meal 2- 10 egg whites 2 whole eggs
Meal 3- Ground turkey breast, 1 cup whole grain pasta, large salad, (olive oil and vinegar dressing.
Meal 4- turkey meat balls with cream of mushroom on top (big beef) 1 cup whole grain pasta, large salad same dressing
Meal 5- Pork loin, large sweet potato large salad, same dressing.
Meal 6- casein shake.
Cardio at the moment I have a double wide 75 foot driveway, and 500 feet of side walk to shovel. I did that 2 times.

100 mg test c 2 times a week
37.5 mg tren a every day, upping this to 50mg everyday on Sunday

I started this contest right at 197 right now I'm 205. I hope I have lost some fat so far, I will post new pictures today or tomorrow. Maybe a few of you with better eyes can have a look and let me know if I'm dreaming.

And so far no joint issues at all, except knees. It's kind of strange it always seems like I have a twinge here and there , but this time all good.
