5'8" around 203 ATM
I will CUT to much lower bf%.
It's falling off lower back almost gone that wrap around I get!! Lol!!
And chest will firm.
I think just being consistent with legs will help alot too.

Brother I have the same issues w bf,lower back and chest . ....but u look like u are at what 12percent bf maybe lower.

It's a pain buying pants ,my legs are 30in as well lol
Yes I have long torso.
Short legs.
Pants suck.
But at resell shops when I can fit in a 30-31 waist all the brands available in that size.
Lol
We have a shop that is all brands resell for like 20 bucks for Big Star jeans

It would be ashamed I have that Cut Blend and may not need the tren a.
If u can get away with test prop. Mast prop, primo ace, Anavar
And the t3/t4 and hgh of course!!

Bad luck still!!
No workout one if kids had an accident.
That stopped everything.
Can't get into routine with stuff and been working late
Legs neglected for this reason.

Ended up getting legs in fast at home gym.

Squats
2x15
3x10
Then all these in a row prolly 6 sets total
Squats 6x6
Calf raises up top end of squat sets 6x12
Leg extension 6x8

It worked not much time was done in 35 minutes.

Maybe tomorrow better day.

Mechanic is hitting shoulders!!! With tricep action!!!

Killing them..... letting muscle know it betrer adapt because I am being sure it's in a bind.
We have tendency to be lazy and do what we comfortable with excuse's that we believe ourselves.

I tried to make better light with towels blocking out from rear window. Lol!
My new place has better light but never took photos there much yet. Always in work gear!!

Ok I am still running same gear all doses same with everything.

I am suffering in my diet.
I post up the days I eat good but most days u eat anything normal people eat just double meat and 5-6 meals a day.

I am not sleeping enough most nights!!

I am working out around 45 minute 4-5 days a week.
But I am one strong SOB and my intensity is always high, people akways impressed I out do 95% of people at all gyms I go to.

But I can do Better. My focus this month is I build some muscle and push to point fat will decrease.

In my diet I will eat cleaner get more protien more nutrients. And not go all out but make good choices and follow plan!!

I will start to add in more high intensity and mixed cardio with kickboxing and
Muay Thai. More kicks than punches and alot of clitch elbows and knees while recovering. With do 15-20 minute 3x a week to start. And mix it as warm up Then higher intensity between last sets instead of resting.
This has been a tool I have used for a long time to get chiseled and be able to handle myself for a long time!!!
Lol!!!
With my high red blood I always get my cardio is outstanding once I start it up!!

This will be slowly just to have cardio up for up coming cut!!

My sex drive is great. I feel good but tired in morning for a bit!
My strength is up but tren and anavar with make it higher when Cut starts.

In my experience a cut is a process and I Cut when I Cut and u workout and eat whatever when I don't cut!!

I am an adrenaline junky, I like the feeling of being under a load and body turning on a source to get through what I am putting it through!!

Let's see if I can stay disapplined.
I admit I have high every and that and my intensity get me thru more than following a strict diet!!!

So good night these are my plans, thoughts and way of doing things. I don't have to be the biggest, but I have to know I am in shape!!!

I hate bulking brother u can easily go a couple of days without food. My body fights every pound from here on. I'm 5'5 1/2" tall so according to the health charts I'm 50 lbs over weight for my height and my waist is 29" and my diet has not started. So I do pack a decent amount of muscle. For me getting ripped is so much easier. I've been doing this longe enough now that I can maintain this weight at a very low calories thank God.

I always posts alot of pic in my logs especially for effectiveness.
I have taken gear and my results shown that the gear was def good!!

Anyway I see changes and am getting leaner. Holding more water with the combo I am on but it all changes when I drop water holders and throw in that Cut stack!!!

I can't wait to see changes and reason I am holding back is because I wanna hold muscle because I plan to hit 5-7% by June 15th!!!
