Mechanic will fine tune these muscles before it is said and done!!

It's a process and right now is lean bulk.
And a "Cut" my cut the way I have cut for 20 years is a process of approx 50 days because my lean bulk brings me to that point before "Cut" change up!!!

I believe that dieting and stress of The Cut should be done minimal time to get to low 5-6%
Then holding 8-11% can be maintained easy after!!
I just keep hitting a road block after each cut!!!

I am just a guy, a family man who stays in shape bodybuilder as a way to deal with this world. But I know what I am doing and know alot!!!! I can't apply all my knowledge to my own training as family life is demanding but I will always be at it!!!

Been there done that! All my kids are grown now. One 19 y/o left at home and I don’t know if she is ever going to leave. No rush. My stress is my job. My schedule is day to day, and like yesterday i have things pop up at the last minute. Found out yesterday I have to go out of town for 2 days on Monday. But I love my work and can’t imagine doing anything else.

Torn tibiofibular ligament in rat ankle three years ago in a car wreck and then tore my supraspinatus in two and my aubscapularus 3/4 of the way in 2016. Had a guy spotting for me on bench that neglected his duties. I had 360 up for 5 reps and on the 6th I was screwed. That’s why on my routines you will see I don’t typically lift heavy, I do a lot of volume. But I’m starting to work back up and this challenge has helped me with that.
U and I are same people brother!!
I have had surgeries or injuries after each cut last 2 times.
And other set backs.
Have kids from 21 to 5
But 2-3 at home atm.

I will give u my wire ID and proton thru PM later brother.
But my new job will be M-F but I can get a call to go out of town anytime.
I have stuff I will keep in truck if so it hit a gym
But I have my DB's and some of those resistance trainer things forgot name these are good ones and bodyweight is used on alot if things they hook to a pole of stud by hook in wall!!!

And never have a spotter and most don't know how to spot to make it affective!!!
But I am totally solitary in my training!!
Need ear phones and can't talk.
I get into the zone 100%
And get like an animal inside that pushes

I never have a spotter either. We do grunt work, and love it. Everyone can't do what we do. That is not a knock on anyone here that is lucky enough to have a spotter, It's more about willing to do what we do period.

I haven’t us s a spotter since that time and will not use one again.

I always workout alone. Haven't done barbell bench since injury, but when I did, I would just grab a random person to spot me. Luckily, I didn't do that often & when I did, I would try to get the most reliable person I could find. I might start doing barbell bench again

I always use barbell bench. Been doing alone for long time even at home gym.

I know my limits and set the catches on each side but never have to use them.

I have better luck with knowing limits pushing that last rep out cause I have no choice! But I get better results from contracting and I do heavy with range if 5 to 6 reps at most
Last heavy sets I get one or two less last sets or I don't have heavy enough then I drop set!!

I have better luck and less injury pushing further contractions than straining a rep out and being no good rest of workout

Dbs hurt my shoulders way more getting into position!!
But when I am injured I do more incline Smith and loaded plate machines with pec Deck!!
I have seen guys with biggest chest never do a bench press as they say it gives benches chest which I have!!

For me contractions and working under load I get better result.
For all bulk no but I no longer bulk in that way

All my movements since I started working out again in February, have been slow, controlled reps. I will do the same when I start doing barbell bench again. It will limit how many reps I can do, especially when I go heavy, but I don't care. I will probably do about 90% effort each set, no matter weight. Not shooting for that last rep. Even though incline barbell was one of my best lifts, I'm not sure if I'll do that yet. I'll probably wait & see how flat bench feels first

It's depends on your injury!! Where it is under most pressure.
Avoid that pressure on it.
With mine i was most comfortable on this i will post photo.
I did it for prolly 4 months last spring and did pec Deck I did ligher weight in chest wuth these exercises and did high reps.
I lost no size but strength on course.

I use flat bench and incline machine, pec Deck and cable cross mostly.
I also do forward leaning dips with feet out not under!!
I got all STREGTH Back but havent again yet after my winter break!!

I also use Smith machine incline, flat bench and decline too time to time!!

And I don't push that last rep instead i get muscles pumped burning don't let recover and go till I can't hold arms out.
Kill them that way instead.
It has helped me alot!!
No more pain lifting.
If it hurts in shoulder u change things!!

Here us machine incline u use alot especially when shoulder bad!

That machine looks COOL!!!!! I don't nknow if you remember but last time I did tren, at about 8 weeks I got super bloated, no diet change no gear changes other than upping tren to 525 per week. HUGE STOMACH BLOAT. Anyway, do you think GW would help that, or maybe t-3?

Bloat and acid reflux when on tren is usually a sign of elevated progesterone levels. When I get that way, if I haven’t been running it I will introduce Prami into my cycle. If I have been running it I will up my dosage. Just my experience, hope this helps.

Exactly my experience too.
Progesterone, prolactin causes bloat from bile to empty slow from stomach then acids have no room and bubble up!

I have no experience with prami but I do with Cabar!!!

Brother u need Prami or Caber to lower progesterone and prolactin!!
If u having indigestion with bloat and gas from both ends especially burping when sitting up from laying that is issue .

Am ai isn't enough!!!

T3 helps with tren because tren lowers t3 leveks!!!

It's great for a bum shoulder.
I am in a chain gym some have some don't.
They also have shoulder one and flat bench seated position .
The incline is in photo.
I can stack 4 plates and a 25 per side and no pain in shoulders on incline one

Ok guys hit back on Friday morning.
Pull ups 4x10
Bent over Smith barbell rows 6x6
Lat pull downs wide grip 5x6
Bent over db rows 45 degree 4x5 heavy.
Seated cable rows 5x6
Pull overs 4x6

Wow this worked!!!
Had no plans just started working
I did high intensity pause rest burst sets.

On Saturday no workout with weights but moved alot of stuff heavy up and down steps with wife so I moved putting heavy stuff end up steps then we swopped around sides and lifted heavy from bottom up!!
Grabbed blocks cement around 30 one per hand gripped and farmer walked abd hustled so I killed it!!!.

Will be up early ester Sunday hurting arms bicept and tricep!!!

Gear still same
My schedule till April 20th

Test cyp 200mg MWF

Deca 200mg MWF

Mast E 125 mg everyday

Primo e 75mg everyday

Trest ace 20-25mg everyday

Anadrol 50mg a day

Proviron 100mg a day

Nolva 10mg a day

Cialis 12.5mg a day

Aromasin 25mg eod

Cabar 0.5mg 2x week

T3 45mcg everyday

T4 100mcg every


Hgh 5iu a day split into 2.5iu doses

Supps

Fish oil 3000mg

Milk thistle 400mg but out

Run out of trest do skipped tonight with open another vial tomorrow maybe????
Or finish with more Anadrol for next few weeks am using Anadrol 50mg a day may go to 75mg or 100mg for 3 weeks and leave out trest!!!

Gotta get ready for that cut stack need more size in 3 weeks!!
Think I will up Anadrol!!!

I will lower water dropping Trest ace.

I have some water not much from deca with test and trest ace none from Anadrol I feel.
