It's a process and right now is lean bulk.
And a "Cut" my cut the way I have cut for 20 years is a process of approx 50 days because my lean bulk brings me to that point before "Cut" change up!!!
I believe that dieting and stress of The Cut should be done minimal time to get to low 5-6%
Then holding 8-11% can be maintained easy after!!
I just keep hitting a road block after each cut!!!
I am just a guy, a family man who stays in shape bodybuilder as a way to deal with this world. But I know what I am doing and know alot!!!! I can't apply all my knowledge to my own training as family life is demanding but I will always be at it!!!
Been there done that! All my kids are grown now. One 19 y/o left at home and I don’t know if she is ever going to leave. No rush. My stress is my job. My schedule is day to day, and like yesterday i have things pop up at the last minute. Found out yesterday I have to go out of town for 2 days on Monday. But I love my work and can’t imagine doing anything else.
Bodybuilding and fitness are a lifestyle that I have chosen to aspire to and I enjoy the challenge day to day. Had a few set backs the last few years. Torn tibiofibular ligament in rat ankle three years ago in a car wreck and then tore my supraspinatus in two and my aubscapularus 3/4 of the way in 2016. Had a guy spotting for me on bench that neglected his duties. I had 360 up for 5 reps and on the 6th I was screwed. That’s why on my routines you will see I don’t typically lift heavy, I do a lot of volume. But I’m starting to work back up and this challenge has helped me with that.
I have had surgeries or injuries after each cut last 2 times.
And other set backs.
Have kids from 21 to 5
But 2-3 at home atm.

But my new job will be M-F but I can get a call to go out of town anytime.
I have stuff I will keep in truck if so it hit a gym
But I have my DB's and some of those resistance trainer things forgot name these are good ones and bodyweight is used on alot if things they hook to a pole of stud by hook in wall!!!
