Yesterday I worked out chest.
Used home gym
I did high intensity but not until after flat bench
Bench press flat free weight Barbell
2x20
2x10
4x4-6 got heavy last sets pushed with less reps
Drop sets
2x8
1x14
Incline Bench press on Smith machine
4x6
Drop set
2x9
Superset with tricep pushdowns 6x6-9
Seated pec deck
4x8
Drop set
2x12
Superset with tricep db French Press
4x7
Drop set
2x10
Chest and tris were blasted!!!
Last night got home late from doing work!!
Almost done with things but routine off from late nights of working past dark and not getting shower and to bed until late!!
