Ok fellas.
No workout today
Today I recouped from being in sun all day yesterday.
I hit chest and biceps yesterday then swam all day. Lifting kids having a blast with them.

Tomorrow morning back and calves abs
Friday shoulders and triceps
Saturday upper legs and glutes with abs.

Worked butt off today burned calories.

Carbs will be low as little as possible next few days.
No workout today or Monday
Have thurs, Friday, Saturday
And confident I will be unbloated and hard Saturday when I take final photos or Sunday whichever I can. Being fathers day Sunday may be hard to snap.

Got back, triceps and abs today HIIT only pause rest between intervals of each Circut

- Pullups 4 different grips 4x10
- Superset back extensions machine 4x12

- Then lat Pulldowns 4x8
- Superset tricep scull crusher 4x8
- superset 45 degree forward position row machine loaded plate type 4x7

- then bent over db rows 4x7
-Superset tricep pushdowns handle bar split middle back against pad 4x6

I would say I ripped it!!
And still Gonna reduce carbs.

But I will not lie, knowing how to use what and when matters. And with gear, hgh, thyroid and good nourishment with Intense workouts over a period of say then one
Jan 30th to June 17th that is more than enough time to get things going.
If i am doing the hard work it's gonna happen period!!

There are 2 ways. Both ways u gotta burn more than u put in.
Instead of starving I work harder by burning it instead of starving and working a pace.
The workouts I do are really that intense and everything I do I attack get it going a push including pushing to knock out hard work. When guys wanna say after lunch. NO, let's knock it out take late lunch and get more done today. Half measures avail us nothing!!!

Because blood sugar gets low.

Did shoulders and calfs.
-Started on converging shoulder press machine warm-up 1x30
-Seated back rest Smith press 2x10 military
-Then reg press 4x6 with weight up
- Then started circut
Of
1- upright rows 2-shrugs from same position 3-incline highest position 75 degree approx 4-shoulder shrug on loaded hinged bar with a dual grip v bar attached
I did 4x6-8 all in row with gasps of air at pause only between so 4 sets of all.4 and 6 to 8 reps one behind other

Next another Circut
1-reverse Pec (delt) deck 4x8
2-calve raises 4x15
3-cable bent over side raises 4x6

One more Circut
1-seated leg press calf raises 4x12
2-db side raises 3x6
3-db front raises 3x5

Guy was there with his woman. They seemed distracted. Or someone was impressed and else was Zealous!!
Lmao!!!

Meals
1- 3 eggs cheese 2 wheat toast sandwich style
2- grilled shrimp white onion red potatoes
3- protien drink

Weight now is 187 today my bf% measures at 5.5-6% this week.

As stated I am content where I am. To do a show I would just lose water and get diet straight for a few days, my conditioning is there!!!!
I did this to make the mark of doing top 3 of show of my age and weight and I accomplished that I feel I nailed it!!!
Not being cocky but I did this many times in last 12 years the cut part and I know when I nailed it!!!!!

I look as lean as ever this run. In morning taking t3, t4, anavar, proviron, winny 40mg,
Cialis, hgh and drinking protien and water and hitting workout get pump with Powerade drink during and photos after!!!

Praying I am able to make plans gotta be out house and back early or she will be not happy kids have dad no home fathers day morning.
We going to family's before noon around 11am!!!

Dropping test prop, mast p, primo ace 6 days before bloods
Keeping nolva 10mg ED thru bloods
Helps liver and lipids
No more AI but provirin 50mg a,dat 2 days before bloods

I do this all the time!!!

Theraputic phlebotomy Monday too.
May just keep anavar in till bloods 2 days before. Anavar doesn't bother lipids or liver for me at all!!!
But we all different!!!!

Got a good safe above TRT cruise with hgh and some long esters but not too much.
That will be Another thread.

But thought I would post how I transition before bloods and after blast.

I always end in cut.
Harder to cut with less androgen binding easier to maintain slow lean gains after.
I learned this trial a d error
And if all goes right I will stay in great shape and. Conditioning so changes will be slow. Uppoing clean food to gain only clean muscle!!!

Happy Father's Day!!!!

I got up, took t3/t4, hgh
Proviron, winny, Anavar, Cialis and grabbed
MC-Griddle 2 of them egg and bacon ate them and did a combo workout will post later

I also go final photos with post later today.

This has been long and as must as I like yo say rough, it's my normal every spring to be ripped by June!!!

And the hard work is the goal, make it harder to push and that is where results come!!!!
I used to train workout and hear vets say getting to a point of pain and learning how to tolerate it and push thru it. Making that pain come and pushing making it hard getting contractions that come one after another hurting, but still pushing more and more, that right there has been the difference in me working out and bring "built" with 14% BF to training thru pain that I create purposely and staying in the red zone and being absolutely "ripped and hard".
Those 2 differences i had to find on my own to learn. I thought for years I was doing it the pain pushing part BUT there was a whole other level I had to get on and really push and push to get on it!

I hope I inspired someone out there in this world looking to push to that level they wanna believe they already on. It's out there we have to seek it!!

Food changes, intensity changes, gear changes, gear sides and problems I have had. How i addressed the problems.

Finishing weight is 188lbs this morning at 5'8".

Economy here crashed with things with oil and gas industry.
Finally got something in refining manufacturing type of stuff.
New job a keeper and will make it easier

Finishing weight is 188lbs this morning at 5'8".
Body fat measured between 5.5% and 6.5% past 10 days.
I spilled over last day or so but we had party and cake. Lol!
But I transformed in way I am proud of.

Rest today

I posted a bunch.
May put another don't know, took some that were better throughout week but hard taking shot in mirror.
I have nobody who will take for me.

No excuses, it is what it is.

I am satisfied, I posted more than once most days, always kept you guys informed of what I was doing.
Food changes, intensity changes, gear changes, gear sides and problems I have had. How i addressed the problems.
And I posted photos every week and put dated info at least 1x per week.
I also gave a guide on how I did this.
HIIT with workouts included, but intensity hard to picture but it was non stop work and conditioning!!

I had some bad luck.
For new job did all my signing secure link thru email for contract
It didn't go thru with phone.
My luck
Was voided...
Got chance to redo on computer.
I had my screen shots I had met dead line.
So I am skittish.
U name it!! I had bad luck with it lately.
It's unreal
And tren I don't wanna stop it my wife told me u an calmer than ever.
Not one outburst this tren round!!
