Couldn't finish post above earlier woman drove up to meet me eat lunch after gym!!

NO posting at table with her!!!
I must have hit post, can't edit so here is rest!

Today leg workout had gym to myself!!!
Squats bar only 2x20 deep
Loaded up some 1x13, 1x10, 1x8
3x5
Next standing squat press thing? Loaded with plate weight 165lbs with no weight
4x7
Next leg press off back loaded plate 4x6
Superset standing calf raise off squat rack same weight just used a bit earlier 4×13

Next was little Circut to wear them out
Leg press seated strap with pinned weights 3x8 off heals
Superset calfs on same machine 3x9
Superset leg curls laying machine 3x8 slow
Super set seated calfs 3x12
Superset leg extensions 3x8
Back to first above in Circut worked all 3x reps listed or less on last 2 sets.

Legs are small to me but appear larger than other guys at gym except the guys 225 on up.
Maybe it's angle of camera pointed down.
They look bigger in mirror and looking at but photo smaller!!!????

Getting good boxer shorts high cut to pose in. No bikinis for me!!!
Need vascular surgery on left leg from 4 wheeler accident long ago. Hence varacose viens above and lower knee there and way worse above.
Need to lazor. It contributed to thrombosed Hemorrhoid external last summer surgery and alot was lazored but need valves changed to do rest of leg!!!!

I think your legs seem well proportionalized with the rest of your body. They might not be as big as you want them, but they are definitely lean. Great leg workout.

Good morning.
Today I will workout chest and abs.
HIIT!
Maybe add biceps or triceps just to get load off chest and work one of smaller muscles in rest period. This is to keep working with no rest or full rest, while chest revives enough for next set!!!
HIIT!!!

This morning I am
Height 5'8"
Weight 187lbs
Weight goes up to 189-190 by end of day.
Measures body fat with calipers.
Bf 5.5%
Caliper readings!!
6-11-18

I had it checked at gym 6.5 to 7.5 past 10 days. So if it's 6.5 I am good with that!!

Goal is to lose water between skin and get harder and grainy appearance!!

Good luck to all, after all the gear I used I can use credit!!! Lol!!
But new job will be better money in future!!!

No workout today.
Old home sold, had to move ton of stuff just finishing now.
Omg, had to pull anchors out move building re-anchor stuff Hurricane season
Some stuff stays it's on family land.
House sold mobile home, Mechanic just upgraded to doublewide one on property we bought.
I am in the struggle for life. Have kids wife family but gotta bust my behind to make it.

Anyway just wanted to humble self by saying we are hard working folks and everyday I gotta work my behind off.

I would say I burned calories.

Workout in morning, being I have been doing mechanic work on my own self employed we will try water park for kids
B-day again tomorrow rain stopped Saturday
Grateful I am set for job with employer in another week.

Soon yall will not have to hear my crazy head!! Lol

Finally chest workout this morning.

I am wore out not Gonna lie.
Mechanic pushed HIIT to rip in this comp.
I started at 205 gotta look back.
I am 187 this morning
I think I got my bf lower this round though.
Going by appearance in old photos on cuts.
I did a 4% once and was 180 and o got that photo

So hear we go grabbing protien on go coffee no sugar just did hgh and getting this workout done!!!

To all competitors, all from gate, I am exhausted bad.
Low bf has it way in way lower of draining us.
Y'all are reason I am here I admire all of y all.
I could have met this mark at 60 days from gate.
But........

What i meant above is where I was I could've done a straight up cut and in 60 days hit upper middle single digits.

The length of this comp has been long and if I can go back and do it again I would plan better.

I would do a bigger bulk. Then high cruise, then time cut 45 days out.

All the gear I used exhausted me, especially the cut.
I am gonna try to experiment in future on cutting with test, deca, trest ace!!! With high mast and some proviron!!

I will cruise with some trest (ment)
And switching to the more beneficial Deca over primo. Much cheaper and with trest ace available!!! No more deca issues!!
Cabar too of course.

Hgh is something I never wanna go without. I haven't had the aches and pains I used to, not even in my back, neck and shoulders the sh8t heals!!!

Incline Cybex loaded press 6x7
Superset with bicep heavy db curls 6x5-8

Pec deck 5x12 all weight mechanic always been cock strong
Superset bicep cable rope curls 2x8

Cable cross on knees bent over forward 4x10 superset hammer curls (gorilla swings) 4x6

Wanted to hit Abs but at gym they would sit at machines or stations between sets....
I was polite today. Normally I clap hands and wave them saying when u walk in that gym it's time to work or go sit by cubby holes... my earphones in so...
I read lips one more set and I say ok do it when I am done with mine, but get it done cause i will be coming back. We can work in between. That this equipment will get old if we don't put it to use!!!

Fast pace high intensity no rest only switch load to a smaller muscle and back on big one.


Anyway tomorrow is low carb day and thurs moderate.
Friday low then plenty simple sugar juice and fruits with rice.....

I understand a 100% what you mean about the people in the gym not acting like they give 2 shits about what anyone else is wanting to do. It makes me furious! I have lost all patience, just from it happening so much. Get your set done & get your ass off of it! I have always respected my elders in almost all situations, but it happens with the elderly, more than anyone else. At least at the gym I go to, it's like that.

Obviously I don't care what anyone else does, but I am waiting until the last day to post my pics. I've been here from the start & intend on seeing it through until the last day. I just hope I don't put on any fat by than lol. You ate some damn good food today! That's the kind of day I am going to have this next Monday!!!!

I feel the same big B. My son, daughter in law and grandson are fling in today and back home on Sunday so I will take my final pics after I drop them at the airport on Sunday. I’ll carb load a little and amp up my cardio. I’m not like Musclemecahnic. I can’t just eat anything. Well I can but I have to do my cardio to mitigat fat stores.

Yeah go into cruise TRT Monday drop everything but below and wein off t4

But to be honest i run mast p and test prop on top trt dose till 6 days before.
Just 50 prop and mast prop MWF though

After bloods I run TRT cyp 150-200wk
And deca 200-300wk this round
With Ment E and MENT ace
Trt dose I have no energy and no sides from high cruise

Hgh stays period think Dr putting me on thyroid

I do a therapeutic draw every month when I have my bloods ran. Hematocrit runs high even without trt.

Prostate antigen (PSA)
Total test
Free test
Complete blood count (cbc)
Metabolic (liver function, kidney, bun, creatinine, protien, etc)
And lipids 1x a year
T4 free this round
Because I have to donate as needed with order as 3 weeks in a month if necessary and have to control red blood (polycythemia) I get feritin (iron)
And iron binding capacity done 2x to 3 a year

With my other family Dr who gives me my adhd, anxiety meds he checks CBC with metabolic panel 1x year.

Very important, my blood gets thick and it's worse on TRT dose than on a blast!!??? Weird but true!!

Get bloods if we not watching our health than what are we doing, really!!

It's my hemoglobin that is worse but Hematacrit too.
Even without TRT and always before I ran around 19 hemoglobin.

My order was every 3 weeks if necessary but now it's as needed cause at times I Gotta go 2-3 times in 4 weeks to knock it down then once under 15 hemo I can keep up better

If u look at my labs the date of draw
7-18 latest this has been my concern with tren and lipids. Orals and lipids and liver and to cycle off t3/t4 to have accurate as possible before getting put on t3/t4.
Also liver function with orals!!

I have a blood sugar monitor at home and fasting it's been around 75 glucose
And hour after meals around 98 glucose.

I say this because remember to concern about glucose and hgh??
As long as I fast with hgh I am good.

I will record tomorrow morning fasted.
Then use hgh 2.5 iu and t3/t4 and record 30 minutes later then an hour then eat and check hour after.
I will post results

I made sure I had enough gear to make it thru the end of this.

Test prop 50mg ED
Mast prop 150mg ED

Halo 25mg ED last 2 weeks

Primo 700-1000mg per week when I have it to use too.

Hgh 5iu a day split
And t3/t4 50mcg of each dose the trick.

I have done bloods 2x last year unexpected one because of emergency surgery thrombosed Hemorrhoid 1 week off all above but Halo. Still have labs all was beautiful!!

Other time 18 days off all above at a center for behavior I had to attend for some charges of a fight.... all was great on those labs.

I have prolly used masterone, proviron, and anavar for 10 out of 12 months 2 years in a row and all was good.
Alt 1 point above range 1 time. My lipids are great except HDL low but not bad around 25 usually.

Since using t3/t4 and hgh my red blood has gotten more normal instead of draining every month I can go 2-3 months.
Even on Anadrol.
And as stated I use masterone always proviron too. These are my way of controlling estro on trt and most blast with a little Nolva
