Today went finally do physical
Full body at testing place eye, ears, x-ray, pulmonary test u name it.
Then next door at orthopedic and Ergonomics place.
There I did stair step with 30 lb belt 10 minute had to step feet up and down to beat.
Next squating lifting boxes of weight onto shelf then across room and back.
Outside on tower stairs 3 fights of 20 steps.
Up down with belt for everything
Up down plus bag of weights 10x
Then drag 150 lbs across floor.
Then push across
Shovel gavel up into gutter that would dump for 10 minutes
Then up down again with bag of sand 10x
Then shovel again
Then up down later to top with belt of 50lbs weight
Then shovel 10 minutes.
Then up down steps with bag of sand on each should 5x per side
Had bp and heart rate monitor whole time.
Was told i was leanest most physically fit they ever had in 15 years open.
I only took breaks for water. Took around 75 minutes maybe longer with inside part of cook down screwing nuts and bolts threw a manifold flange.
I was soaked most people take 5 hours wuth rest and pass it.
I did it like a champ!!!
That was my workout and I did it like my HIIT.

Salad and 2x chicken breast
Meal 3
Chicken grilled and veggies
Meal 4
Rainsen brand granola both 10 grams protien plus 2% milk 1/2 cup
Gear injects
Test ace 60 mg
