●Pull ups 4x8
Superset with seated loaded back extensions 4x10


●Lat Pull down dual cable single grip
Palms out pull down deep turn palms in
4x7
Superset DB curls 4x6
Then 45 degree laying row plat load 4x8


●Dumbell single row bent over 4x7
Superset bicep preacher machine 4x8
Then ab loaded machine 4x10-12


●cable 45 degree from high seated on floor rows 4x7
Superset bicep cable curl single against padded peggs no cheat 4x6
Then ab side to side and sit ups decline ab bench 4x20

● easy bar palm up bent over 45 degree row 4x8
Superset cable standing between rack super flex cults 4x10
Cable pull over 4x5

Also did low cable rows in there somewhere
With balls to wall alot of times there is more but write it down... that means stop!!

Got up early got workout in early.

Workout Shoulders and Triceps
●Shoulder Press machine 3x20-12 warm-up
●Circut 1 one set of each right away then pause 30 sec and start with next sets
Shoulder Press seated Smith machine 4 plates and 2 tens. Pretty heavy. 4x6
SUPERSET incline dual grip plate load on each side type 4x6 (3 plates per side) hits my shoulders and upper chest I adjust for mostly shoulders strength up!!!
SUPERSET tricep rear position push down 4x12 I use one arm per side cause it takes all weight. Not enough for my 2!!! DON'T know what they were thinking. Lol!!

●Circut 2
Upright rows barbell 4x7
Superset inner grip shrugs 4x10
Tricep Lying easy bar skull crusher 4x7

●Circut 3
Shoulder delt dec 4x8 slow
Tricep rope pushdowns 4x8 slow

●Then these right after above drop sets
Side raises 4x5-7
Front raise 4x5-7
Tricep kick backs 4x5-8

Got done in around 55 minutes I guess.
Maybe 50 that wasn't recorded clearly

Meal 1 pre-workout 2 eggs bacon biscet
Meal 2 post workout 3 eggs bacon biscet
Meal 3 lean ground beef hamburger patty giant with 2 wheat slices of bread
Meal 4 Salad chicken breast or grilled fish

To add for today's food.
Kids wanted Hardees u know they have nothing healthy there period .
My mind went blank I forgot password to get in Mecca
And couldn't remember other boards either crazy
Got so stressed thought about Hardees and was like MFer!
I went eat 2 honey buns after raisen brand and then peanut butter jelly and smoked wife's ciggerette noticing I only had orange beer that I caught stomach sh7t last time.

Well sugar worked after greasy meal cause passwords all came to me!!!

Been having sex like a rabbit 2-3 x a day.

Will try to get legs in today if not tomorrow.
It will be 4 workouts this week.
This whole comp i started with rate I could to build STREGTH as I was out gym 8 weeks at least.
I started with 1min 30 sec rest between sets and once muscle memory came back I started lowering rest periods adding supersets and eventually made my way to really high intensity with no total rest periods whole work out only load on another muscle In mini heavy weight high intensity circuits.
Sure I can have come in bigger with more rest and better diet but I only wanna be above 200lbs if I can cut at 200 with
BF 6-7%.
I have 2 sizes of clothes and not going up on size unless it's totally lean!!
I am humble enough to say most gear and hgh I had accumulated and got in way that it didnt cost much.... I have lost job since Jan 1 that I had for like 8 years. It was slow for 2 years hours were low. We have struggled reason I repped to get gear last year at a couple stops.
I have been doing work for myself since Jan 1. If good Lord is willing i will start new job soon. Monday is no go background and physical screening slowed from last Monday holiday.
Long story short I will not spend extra money on myself for more expensive food when things been the way they had been.
We also just had bought foreclosed home in February couldn't pass up...

In 40s body changes as male menopause is complete. BP and other things like edema become apparent.

I have very physical job and good at what I do because of tight spots I can get into as opposed to being too big.
At 43 I am content with 190 at 6% BF still working towards 200-205 at 7% but

If i am not eating healthy and working out to be healthy no point!!
BMI of over 32 I think will cause fatty liver no matter what bf is due to having source to fuel muscle or be big but very limited to work length.

I am on tren, and the whole crew let's see my BP. I took these all week

My Diastolic is a great sign of clear arteries.
My heart rate goes up when that thing squeezes my arm. Lol
My resting heart rate on own with sensor on devices at home been around 62-70.

Does Anadrol cause you you hold water? It seems like every time I incorporate it in a cycle I pack water really bad. That’s why I usually limit it to 2 weeks at a time.

I am using 3/4 ml so 75mg each I add primo ace in and more mast I have all on own besides the blends I used.
Always to adjust dose last week to 10 days. I don't drop till then.

If i dropped test prop to 30mg a day or when I do that is when I will harden.
I don't want to too soon because I am already 190 and last cut was lower bf at 194.
Last 10 days I drop test prop to 30mg ed.
Last 2 weeks I up winny to 40mg maybe 10 days.
And prolly Androl to 50mg.

I have anavar but wanted to try this instead.
I have bloods for TRT in July so I Gotta be careful on orals.

I only added winny at 20mg to stop progest of tren after my stomach issues and dropped proviron a while.

May end up dropping prop soon adding anavar at 100 a day
And leave Anadrol at 25mg.
Anavar does nothing to my liver I used it 8 out of 12 months with no issues

While I am in shape will try and get in one.
If can't, will do TRT labs put on some bulk then cut after I have registered.
Not to brag but I have mastered cutting over the years I can do it with no issues don't even Gotta change diet until last 5 weeks and not strict till last few.

So what I am saying is cutting is a process and it can be done a few different ways.
Calories don't mean much unless u know how to figure out how many u burn a day.

No matter what we Gotta burn more than we put in. And we also need to know how to use our old brain the one that is on its on. The Brain that controls our heart beat breathing etc...
That Brain can be manipulated into letting go of what gets in way. It goes much further than burning Cals, there is the step of efficiency of building muscle because of what we put it thru as well as not holding on to fat because we can break a new horizon, that we can put in more food and we won't hold fat because old brain isn't in starvation mode from abundance of food and old brain wants to keep our body most efficient so life is easier!!!
Same way old brain stores fat around liver causing fatty liver in type 2 diabetes, it thinks body needs glucose but instead insulin the transporter for glucose is rejected.
I went to school for this about body efficiency, dietician, personal training and PT assistant helping old folks after hip replacements and diabetics lose weight any metabolic syndrome or anyone overweight.
If we force our body, then something gotta give.
Every sport has a person who looks a certain way, they shares characteristics to what it's role of training is for that sport or position placed in the sport. Same with cutting but our overall size depends on gaining it before cut. As much muscle with as little bf% as possible. Ranging from 5% cut example to 16% bulk.
It takes years eating right, training our body right, and alot and genetics to be 5'8" 265lbs and 7%.
Either we got it or we don't.
PED's have a threshold trust me.

Anyway after this I will cruise lean bulk cut again and do comp.
Just to do it. Keep me in shape and busy, plus there are alot if perks too.....

Just a thought. In my area there is no big industry for things I went to school for and I didn't finish completely in all areas it was serveral degrees that all work together.
Wife is setting me up to finish I was living in AZ last time I was in school.
I don't wanna argue with anyone but I know what i am doing and know for each individual I work with. Most people think they are doing it all correct but are not..
Our brain and body wants easy way out so 9 times out of 10 we listen where we like what is easy.....

I learned this by trial and error even with my schooling.... Put yourself thru the process trust it and don't alter it.
That is how to cut. And a workout and heart rate can only be measured if trainer present or gives instructions to be followed and had as much info as possible about ones lifestyle and activity rates.

I have worked with and still work with people that have full body transformations in 90 days by following simple instructions. But the instructions need to be trusted and followed by one person.
The second we are looking for other advice the problem begins. We are looking for approval cause we wanna do our own deal that doesn't work....

If it were me I would look for someone who can do it themselves and has education besides what works for them but for others in all areas of lifestyles, activity levels and genetics.

It didn't matter what your name is, who your parents are, where u from, if we do what is necessary consistent something Gotta give. The US military trains a high amount of people who join with their basic training that gets all to at least a certain required level. It's facts proven and it's The way our bodies work to what we putting it thru. There is a response and it's called change!!!

It goes much further than burning Cals, there is the step of efficiency of building muscle because of what we put it thru as well as not holding on to fat because we can break a new horizon, that we can put in more food and we won't hold fat because old brain isn't in starvation mode from abundance of food and old brain wants to keep our body most efficient so life is easier!!!
Same way old brain stores fat around liver causing fatty liver in type 2 diabetes, it thinks body needs glucose but instead insulin the transporter for glucose is rejected.
I went to school for this about body efficiency, dietician, personal training and PT assistant helping old folks after hip replacements and diabetics lose weight any metabolic syndrome or anyone overweight.
If we force our body, then something gotta give.
Every sport has a person who looks a certain way, they shares characteristics to what it's role of training is for that sport or position placed in the sport. Same with cutting but our overall size depends on gaining it before cut. As much muscle with as little bf% as possible. Ranging from 5% cut example to 16% bulk.
It takes years eating right, training our body right, and alot and genetics to be 5'8" 265lbs and 7%.
Either we got it or we don't.
PED's have a threshold trust me.

Anyway after this I will cruise lean bulk cut again and do comp.

Just a thought. In my area there is no big industry for things I went to school for and I didn't finish completely in all areas it was serveral degrees that all work together.

That is how to cut. And a workout and heart rate can only be measured if trainer present or gives instructions to be followed and had as much info as possible about ones lifestyle and activity rates.

I have worked with and still work with people that have full body transformations in 90 days by following simple instructions. But the instructions need to be trusted and followed by one person.
The second we are looking for other advice the problem begins. We are looking for approval cause we wanna do our own deal that doesn't work....

If it were me I would look for someone who can do it themselves and has education besides what works for them but for others in all areas of lifestyles, activity levels and genetics.

It didn't matter what your name is, who your parents are, where u from, if we do what is necessary consistent something Gotta give. The US military trains a high amount of people who join with their basic training that gets all to at least a certain required level. It's facts proven and it's The way our bodies work to what we putting it thru. There is a response and it's called change!!!

Rough long day.
Went workout started had to leave phone call new job info
Went again same more calls had to stop.

Went 3rd time
Got chest and tris after first 2 times started bench at 265 flat free no warm up last time
Blasted it went up to 285
Dropped to 225.
Jumped on decline
Then tri rear push seated machine
Flys with bench between cable rack
Super tris push down back against pad standing rope
Killed rest with cable cross on knees
Then dips.

Did 4x6 sets or close hiit whole time
Veins out everywhere people look like Wtf. I never speak to anyone earphones in loud.
