●Dumbell single row bent over 4x7
Superset bicep preacher machine 4x8
Then ab loaded machine 4x10-12
●cable 45 degree from high seated on floor rows 4x7
Superset bicep cable curl single against padded peggs no cheat 4x6
Then ab side to side and sit ups decline ab bench 4x20
● easy bar palm up bent over 45 degree row 4x8
Superset cable standing between rack super flex cults 4x10
Cable pull over 4x5
Also did low cable rows in there somewhere
With balls to wall alot of times there is more but write it down... that means stop!!

Plan workout I know what i an working but do what's killing then and available eqyiot as I occupying 3 areas at each Circut of exercises and reps.
I literally move people out way who are playing and lately they ask if I am done

I did this in about 50 minutes balls to the wall. Effortless but labored while time and with heavier weight then guys in there resting. Animal!!!

Got up early got workout in early.
Workout Shoulders and Triceps
●Shoulder Press machine 3x20-12 warm-up
●Circut 1 one set of each right away then pause 30 sec and start with next sets
Shoulder Press seated Smith machine 4 plates and 2 tens. Pretty heavy. 4x6
SUPERSET incline dual grip plate load on each side type 4x6 (3 plates per side) hits my shoulders and upper chest I adjust for mostly shoulders strength up!!!
SUPERSET tricep rear position push down 4x12 I use one arm per side cause it takes all weight. Not enough for my 2!!! DON'T know what they were thinking. Lol!!
●Circut 2
Upright rows barbell 4x7
Superset inner grip shrugs 4x10
Tricep Lying easy bar skull crusher 4x7
●Circut 3
Shoulder delt dec 4x8 slow
Tricep rope pushdowns 4x8 slow
●Then these right after above drop sets
Side raises 4x5-7
Front raise 4x5-7
Tricep kick backs 4x5-8
Got done in around 55 minutes I guess.

Got some killer photos. Looking for classic physique, over 40 classes, Hell all classes I fit in at 5'8" 190lbs in my area.
While I am in shape will try and get in one.
If can't, will do TRT labs put on some bulk then cut after I have registered.
Not to brag but I have mastered cutting over the years I can do it with no issues don't even Gotta change diet until last 5 weeks and not strict till last few.
So what I am saying is cutting is a process and it can be done a few different ways.
Calories don't mean much unless u know how to figure out how many u burn a day.
No matter what we Gotta burn more than we put in. And we also need to know how to use our old brain the one that is on its on. The Brain that controls our heart beat breathing etc...
That Brain can be manipulated into letting go of what gets in way. It goes much further than burning Cals, there is the step of efficiency of building muscle because of what we put it thru as well as not holding on to fat because we can break a new horizon, that we can put in more food and we won't hold fat because old brain isn't in starvation mode from abundance of food and old brain wants to keep our body most efficient so life is easier!!!
Same way old brain stores fat around liver causing fatty liver in type 2 diabetes, it thinks body needs glucose but instead insulin the transporter for glucose is rejected.
I went to school for this about body efficiency, dietician, personal training and PT assistant helping old folks after hip replacements and diabetics lose weight any metabolic syndrome or anyone overweight.
If we force our body, then something gotta give.
Every sport has a person who looks a certain way, they shares characteristics to what it's role of training is for that sport or position placed in the sport. Same with cutting but our overall size depends on gaining it before cut. As much muscle with as little bf% as possible. Ranging from 5% cut example to 16% bulk.
It takes years eating right, training our body right, and alot and genetics to be 5'8" 265lbs and 7%.
Either we got it or we don't.
PED's have a threshold trust me.
Anyway after this I will cruise lean bulk cut again and do comp.
Just to do it. Keep me in shape and busy, plus there are alot if perks too.....
Just a thought. In my area there is no big industry for things I went to school for and I didn't finish completely in all areas it was serveral degrees that all work together.
Wife is setting me up to finish I was living in AZ last time I was in school.
I don't wanna argue with anyone but I know what i am doing and know for each individual I work with. Most people think they are doing it all correct but are not..
Our brain and body wants easy way out so 9 times out of 10 we listen where we like what is easy.....
I learned this by trial and error even with my schooling.... Put yourself thru the process trust it and don't alter it.
That is how to cut. And a workout and heart rate can only be measured if trainer present or gives instructions to be followed and had as much info as possible about ones lifestyle and activity rates.
I have worked with and still work with people that have full body transformations in 90 days by following simple instructions. But the instructions need to be trusted and followed by one person.
The second we are looking for other advice the problem begins. We are looking for approval cause we wanna do our own deal that doesn't work....
If it were me I would look for someone who can do it themselves and has education besides what works for them but for others in all areas of lifestyles, activity levels and genetics.
It didn't matter what your name is, who your parents are, where u from, if we do what is necessary consistent something Gotta give. The US military trains a high amount of people who join with their basic training that gets all to at least a certain required level. It's facts proven and it's The way our bodies work to what we putting it thru. There is a response and it's called change!!!
