At a seminior today for job!!!
Alot going on in family.
Couldn't workout early as I had kids at home until school and arrangements their care.
I wanna get this done and hit gym.
Meal schedual screwed.
Only had breakfast so far and lunch will be.....???? When done here.

Have to bring ice chest rest of week cause I have interviews all week.
Changing job looking for right one.

I will probably start working out of state 14-16 hours a day. 15/6 hitches or 30/10
Fly back and forth.
Gym out there meal provided x3.
Rest I make self and pack.

This will be 4 weeks before starting so hope i get this done first as it will mess me up.
But I will have 2 places set up for my life once rolling so all will work out cause mechanic isn't gonna change his lifestyle.
I live for this stuff it is the heartbeat that keeps me going focused, training myself is the challenge I love, and I stay away from drunks and drug addicts. Just me, my family and my training to push harder and further!!!

I speak out loud, let my thoughts be known, I am proud of them, I have no craziness or swaying to things morally wrong!!

And most of all I put these thoughts here because I am sure y'all all think the same!!

We are just guys who like self disapline in pushing ourselves and dont have to be the best just a better me!!!

Single hand duel cable pull down pull palms out finish palms in 4x7
Super set bicep db curls 4x5-7 40-50lb
Super bent over back side extensions with 25lb plate
Then
Bent over row Smith 4x7
Superset preacher curl 4x6
Superset ab machine 4x9
Then
45 degree position pullover cable rope on knees 4x7
Superset bicep lying cable curls 4x6 heavy
Super set hanging leg raises 4x15
Then when work db rack bent over rows from 120 each arm down to 50 each arm
Super bicep rack 45lb each arm down to 19 lbs
Killed them!! Lean and bulging out shirt.
Had some looks. Lol!!
And weight was 190 and shirts way higher in right places!!

Will post workout and today.
Had it rough.
Mother in law had surgery wife been there 2 days.
Been doing job interviews have another Friday for home every night job.
Instead of out of state.
Anyway had blow out and situation at school for daughter so hardly got it all but did.
New tire tomorrow.

But got legs and ate pretty dam clean.
Added 20mg winny and 25 mg Anadrol.
Will start these slow use little as possible and watch for indications to up one or lower other.

Will get legs good in mirror from above looks smaller

Striations are visable to eye in alot of places. Hard to get in photo. But in regular movements seeing.
I just started winny at only 20mg
With Anadrol 25mg will watch close.
I hope I end up with 25 Anadrol and 40 winny a day, with more fullness than now but more grainy.
Remember I got sick with stomach and dropped 8lbs. Been really FLAT since.
So Anadrol was put yesterday 25mg.
Winny 20mg both oral tabs.

I hope to add these keep rest same except up primo ace and mast p last 10 days

And Lower test prop to 50mg at 14 day mark then 30mg last 7 days

AI will be adjusted out Aromasin, Adex, Or Letro.

Rest stays same.

Trying to eat clean and cals are now at 3000 a day.

Leg workout at old place parents family property my gym equip still there.

Had phone interview have time to get workout done but he called way early so started and stopped then restarted and finished so a little crazy looking.

Squats
2x20, 2x10, 2x6
Phone deal
Restarted
2x8, 4x5, 2x10
Super setted calf raises on top position after squat reps. Prolly 6-8 sets reps 6-20 ranges depending on weight at time
Leg extension
2x10, 4x6, 1x12
Leg Curls
4x8
Front Roman single 90lb db squat
3x12 low down low
Front single db Roman lunges 60lb db
10 strides each leg 5x
Really tightens core these Roman front high grip lunges and squats. Reason I do them!! Killer core!!!

Legs sore today lol!

3 eggs 1 wheat toast
Meal 2
Oatmeal 25 grams protien in shaker
Meal 3
Sirloin tip lean lean beef roast
7 oz with 1/2 cup white rice and 2 servings of green beans

I may add in 50-70mcg a day of des bilateral and lr3 too. Use 1 vial of DES in each muscle area then 1 vial of lr3 same way then maybe more??? Will see.

Man, that phone hit you right before you was going big on the lift. Did the cool down effect your volume. I gotta be warm to hit under 8 on the heavy stuff

Didn't notice i started back and it wasn't feeling it.
But after a few sets kept going.
I had a down then up.
But I hit anadrol only 25 and winny so noticed something.
I guess with the Anabolics hgh t3 and t4 cortisol really not bad at all!!
I did go eat 3 girl scout Samoas and that helped alot!!

I have been doing high volume and intensity for past 12 weeks at least.
Tren is only at 50 a day but makes me push and push.
I use it at 75 and 100 but have gotten gas cramping bloat painful past 3 runs and with all different brands so I stopped and restarted at 50 instead 75

Have little drive to an all day tour and on site observation interview for a job in a potentially dangerous place so....
Gotta get work out in before that. Confidence will be charged!!!
Today had blowout yesterday so went get 2 new tires and rotated.
Had son all day and grabbed daughter after school.
With wife seeing about her mom open heart....
I been having all on my shoulders with kids.
I asked today please arrange it so I can have an hour and half to go do work out and be back. She will work with me on days I have all responsibility in that way to give me that time.

As a note I take NO CREATINE NO PROTEIN MIXES

But just have physical for both and background and drug screen.

Mother in law had surgery wife been there 2 days.
Been doing job interviews have another Friday for home every night job.
Instead of out of state.
Anyway had blow out and situation at school for daughter so hardly got it all but did.
New tire tomorrow.

But got legs and ate pretty dam clean.
Added 20mg winny and 25 mg Anadrol.
Will start these slow use little as possible and watch for indications to up one or lower other.

Will get legs good in mirror from above looks smaller

Got new job finally no more side work for self.
Home every night but shift change every week 12 hour shifts 60 hours week or more.
It's Union too.

Was up at 3am got all stuff ready for job on site observation.
Saw about kids and getting them to my mom's.
Went to gym drove to island 75 minutes away and did the deal.
They like me got offer physical, drug screen background check next week start the next week.
Great pay did so well and mechanic test I got good bit more than I asked!!!

Anyway too tired to post workout and meals.
All food for job will be packed and brought it's in an island....
Ride thing every day across.

The Good Lord blessed me!! Times been hard but did right thing and been better than most.
Some people really done me wrong I have a connection thru with wife.
I can't stand the sob but instead of hating and being a rat like him. I am decent person.
Some people start trouble and rat on u or use police even they no better.
Today u can't even give an old fashion ass whipping had the one who gets the whipping don't take it like a man.

Sorry fellas but if I have my ass whipped I shut my mouth if I had it coming.
I respect someone who comes back with a bat but the cops. Lmao!!

This was long ago, but if y'all would only know the extent trouble maker goes and when they cross line and get manned up they are like little fat bully with cops instead taking it if they dished it out.

Lesson learned if an sob doesnt support child don't do it and let him see child too.
They will see u as a fool hey and for the trash that's cool I see trash but don't have me so your deal and think I am weak cause u a bottom feeder!!

I am sorry I don't call cops unless there is break in or whatever. Not to win a battle. Trash... they out there.
