Had a great session tonight even though I was exhausted and had to fight tooth and nail to go. Vascularity is starting to come alive again. Being vascular as hell is one of my favorite things as a bodybuilder. So I know I'm heading in the proper direction. Had a great conversation with one of my buddies today who will be competing this year again in the NY pro. So I'll definitely be heading over to see that show. This guy just has a way to totally motivate just by speaking which was so beneficial to me today. Just gotta keep grinding and keep the eye on the prize. I don't mean money or contests but the physique I have pictured in my head at the end of this. No slowing down, shifting into the next gear and going harder then I have previously.

Fuck me had bad quad pin today. It was leaking blood like a siv. It was my bad though rushing. It hurt halfway through going in and I knew I should of pulled out and replaced injection site. I think the pip will be real tomorrow lol. On a brighter side I recently switched to pinning tren with insulin syringe and not once did I get the cough nor had much at all in terms of pip. In all my years of pinning I've never tried it until recently.

My best success is draw all gear, change pin tip and draw air inside for room then cap.
Next heat under hot running water and moving back and forth the air space allows it to all mix well.
Next I pin either glutes or hips
Next would be outer lower thigh.
Hips best!!
If i hit a knot then cough will happen from bleeding from that knot.
If it flows good in 25ga then I am good but if I gotta strain to get it through I guess it ruptures more vessels in surface and cough!!
That is my deal

I start tren ace April 20th not till then

So I wanted to take a second and post up my new training program and my current meal plan. I took out my insulin protocol only because I don't want anyone to try and follow it that may not be as disciplined with there diet as I am. As insulin,carb timing are an absolute must.

30 mins prior to breakfast ill take 2ius GH then eat breakfast then immediately take 2ius humolog insulin after I eat

Meal 1:
4 eggs whites
5oz steak
2 packet instant grits or oatmeal or 1/2 cup cream of rice (70 grams carbs )

Meal 2:
8oz chicken breast
6oz sweet potatoes
1 cup green beans

30 mins prior to meal 3 I'll Take 1ius GH then immediately take 2ius humolog insulin after you eat

Meal 3:
8oz chicken breast
1 cup jasmine rice
1 cup green beans

30 mins prior to pre workout meal ill inj 2ius gh bilaterally in muscles being worked

Meal 4: (pre workout meal)
8oz chicken breast
2oz pasta
1 banana
1 cup broccoli

Meal 5: (post workout meal)
8oz beef
8oz baked potato
1 cup broccoli

30 mins prior to meal 6 ill take 1iu GH then eat and go to bed of possible

Meal 6:
8oz ground turkey
1 cup green beans

Immediately pre workout ill take 2ius humolog insulin


Immediately post workout I'll be taking 1iu GH and drink 20 grams bcaa wait 20 mins then immediately 2 scoops whey isolate/hydrolyzed1 package poptarts and 20oz Gatorade or 12oz grape juice and 20mcg igf lr3 bilaterally in muscle worked

*On leg days no gh or igf lr3 post workout. ill use 200mcg peg mgf and on rest days I'll use 200mcg peg mgf

Squats 10x20,20,15,12,12,12,10,10,8,6

I'm currently sitting at 219 from 248 when we started. Today I did the chest workout posted about with abs,glutes. This is much less food then I had started with. I know alot of ppl will be like damn how you losing weight with that much food. Right now my metabolism is on fire. It's honestly do nice eating so much less compared to before.

I also just rounded into the next part of my cycle which is
Test e @750 , eq@750, tren ace 50mg daily, anadrol 50mg before bed, t3 12.5mcg before bed, t4 100mcg before bed. 20mg nolva daily. Igf1 lr3 training days except legs, peg mgf non training days, gh daily except leg days, insulin daily. The peptides ,gh,slin I posted amounts up top.
Side note def getting that tren irritability over stupid little shit this past week.
I've also been trying to take as many naps as possible and currently sleep around 6.5 hrs a night.
Strength is still really good. Energy has been a bit low due to gh. Which happens to me at that amount throughout the day.
Cardiorespiratory is much improved since dropping the weight.
Overall physique is holding mass well since the drop and vascularity and tightens is coming along pretty good at this point. Still have along ways to go so slow and steady which is where I'm at. The initial weight drop is always quick and easy. Then you hit that point where you really have to grind hard to even drop a pound.
This diet won't be long going as every Sunday I'll be revisiting it and making changes dependant on progress or lack of.

Thanks for the details broski looks like a very efficient program. I am eager to see your progress w the new gh protocol, as it's one I have wanted to use but I know if miss a bunch of doses.

Out of the blue today stomach got very very queezy and I've just felt kind of shitty overall. Not sure if I ate something that didn't agree with me or what. So I took the day off from training and cardio. Here is a pic I took this morning. Everything is slowly coming together as planned. Now that things will be to get more interesting and more complex I'll begin posting a bit more informational stuff in regards to what I'm be doing and why I'll be doing it. The initial start to a diet is just basic and kind of boring in nature. You're waiting for your cycle to kick in. Your diet just gets a little cleaner and cardio upped a bit. Now that this will be changing almost weekly I'll let you guys know every change I make our whatever I add. Current back shot.

Seems like daily I'm beginning to notice changes in my physique. I'm super happy with the direction things are going. Weight isn't moving much but I visibly can tell I'm getting leaner and looking tighter while still very full. One thing though I'm noticing man I been tired as fuck lately. I think it's from gh and almost 4 weeks of androhard . In two weeks I'm pulling bloods too and make sure everything is looking ok on that end.
Tonight I worked out at little gym in my house. I don't have anything crazy but I have enough to do what's needed. This morning I did fasted cardio for 20 minutes. Then head my meals to to lunch and did hamstrings and calves. Then got home and did chest. Has a really nice pump. Veins are beginning to spider out the deals and lats. Another good sign things are moving well.
Side note I have like a week left of the androhard and shit worked amazing. Reminiscent to high grade var tbh minus the lower back pumps. One bad side that has started the past 10 days is that shit has my hair shedding. First time in all my years of cycling this has ever happened. I have very full, thick hair luckily. Still kind of scary to me as it's needed happened before. My andro will be out Friday. I have some propecia I'm going to try and take see if that helps at all. Hopefully once I drop the oral it will stop. Wish it would make my belly,chest and pubes fall out wtf lol.
I will be dropping carbs a little this Sunday and upping fats a little while keeping protein right around the same. Can't wait to kick in to the next half of this contest.
Just want to thank everyone who's still in the contest and grinding hard. You guys are all doing awesome and keeps my motivated and going strong.

I am tired too. Mostly to get up.
In my case it's the gh and Anadrol.
But worked 16 hour days last 3 weeks too.

I can't use hgh without around 50mcg t3
T4 alone dies notta!!!
T3 help me with not feeling like I wanna go to sleep 3 hours after gh morning dose!!

I don't think androhard affecting u in bad way at all. It was safe just a molecule of roid to ban!!
No methyl in androhard from what I remenber!

Fat lose always will cause fatigue though, we know that and strenuous training and muscle repair!
I am going drain some red blood at bank soon. Maybe tomorrow!!!
That makes me tired!
I an ready for tren because it seems to help me April 20th.

Keep pushing good improvement!!

Androhard is dht and dht has your typical hair loss side. Fortunately I have so much hair it's nothing still a bit concerning. The reason t4 is used with gh is the two work synergistically together very well. It helps your body better utilize the gh without getting to scientific into it. I've never been a fan of orals due to lethargy. Anadrol gets me everytime as well. by end of week two on drol I'm exhausted.
Just gotta keep grinding it out though just glad I'll be off orals here very soon.

I'm on t3 and t4 Brother. I completely agree after rereading t4 doesn't do much at all solo. Imho only time worth using it is with growth.
