I'm on t3 and t4 Brother. I completely agree after rereading t4 doesn't do much at all solo. Imho only time worth using it is with growth.

I was on 50mcg t3 and 50mcg t4 mix
I switched to 20mcg t3 and 100mcg t4 and hands got edema so t4 100mcg didn't cut it.
Added 25mcg t3 and was straight in 2 days.
But being we talking about side's my thumbs been killing me and carpal tunnel SOB!!!
What help me with that is cut stacks opposed to aromatase cocktail now on!!

This may go up a bit as I'm In Miami on a mini vacation.ill still be training though there is a nice small hardcore dungeon type gym right down the street from our condo. Still haven't changed diet or supps as im still dropping weight slowly. I'm shooting to get blood work next week though because I've honestly been feeling exhausted all the time. Here's some updated pics nothing crazy just a few I took to keep a time line on progression. Last pic is the balcony from our timeshare. Drealdeal still isn't here . Hope everyone is well and gains are good and the shred God's are giving.

If anything all things that have transpired over the last week has tremendously refocused my energy and drive in the gym. Essentially all I really have at the moment besides headaches and temptations all Around me.
I've honestly been fucking killing it though. I'm sitting at 215.2 and tightening up by the day. I'll be posting daily here to give to log a boost as I got a little behind.
This morning I did 30 minutes cardio in a.m then at lunch I did hammies and calves

Single db stiff leg with toes on 10lb plates. Doing this movement I allow the db to travel out far in front of me. Doing this really stretches the hell out the hammies especially with the toes elevated. At full stretch I'll hold there for a two count and then explode back up.

Had another great day of training. Firing on all cylinders right now. This morning fasted a.m cardio.25 minutes on tread at incline 8 and speed 3.0 nothing crazy but enough. Not sure exactly what's up but having alot of troubles focusing lately. I think it's due to being under alot of stress at the moment. I even noticed it on my physique today. Definitely was holding more water then I have been for no reason at all. Everything was the same as it's been. My guess cortisol is very elevated. My mood today was much better though so going to keep eye on body tomorrow and see if I notice a difference between high stress and medium in regards to a watery look.
I have to be honest I feel right now all I have is the gym and this physique. It sounds sad but I'm really embracing it. I haven't felt this motivated in the gym since my last prep. I know weird right.
So later in day after cardio about 5 hrs later I hit chest. It went like this.
Chest db press 80s the whole ride. The set goes like this. You start at the highest incline that's not a shoulder press then you do ten immediately get up and drop a notch on the bench. Then you do ten again and then same thing. You do this all the way to flat then you start going back up. This is 1 full set. I did 3 sets like this. Then I did the same exact thing but db flyes for two full complete sets. Then standing cable flyes for 4 sets.
Night time
Quads
Hack squats for volume
Total of 4 plates for 25 rep sets doing 5 total sets.
Walking db lunges with 75s . Pretty far walk to and then back. Did this 5 times
Leg press single leg single leg into double for 25 reps each leg and then 25 with both legs. For 5 sets.
Goblet squats with 140 db standing on two platforms. One for each leg, so I could get very deep. 5 sets of 20.
Night time cardio.
Stairclimber 25 minutes at level 7.
I'm basically at a fuck it point and going to push as hard I fucking can. I'll stop when something gives. The hard part is my mindset is also saying double every dose I'm taking lol. That I won't do but I may push the envelope a tad harder then my initial mindset when this began. Next week starts carb cycling so I'm pretty excited about that because my body responds awesome to it. Time for bed guys. Hope everyone has a great day and made a bunch of gains.

June 15th u mean. (Next few months?)It's honestly going exactly as planned. What I liked about this contest is there is (was) plenty of time to do this properly without sacrificing lean muscle.
