Quick update currently sitting at 211 from 248.6. everything is coming off just as planned. Shooting for 200 even by end date of contest. A few current shots. Sorry about the black and white. Don't have the original it was a pic for insta.

My boys I honestly can't believe how good I'm feeling right now. This is the highest I've held my carbs throughout a diet and still ripping weight off. Seems I learned a little something with this diet this time around. 209 this morning and no slowing down

My boys I honestly can't believe how good I'm feeling right now. This is the highest I've held my carbs throughout a diet and still ripping weight off. Seems I learned a little something with this diet this time around. 209 this morning and no slowing down

This morning down a few more 208.4.. here's a peak into what my Sunday meal prep for m,t,w looks like. Then I prep again for Thursday through Sunday. Hope everyone had a great weekend. I did hammies and calves and ended with a quick 7 sets wide stance squats. Been cramping up a bit tonight in my hammies of all places from the clen. Tomorrow adding in tren hex and anavar till this ends.
The food was pasta, NY strip steak, steak tips, scallops, tilapia, 93/7 ground turkey meatloaf, squash and zucchini,sweet potatoes,oh and lame ass chicken can't forget that. Breakfast I make fresh every morning I can't do nuked eggs.

I do too.
It's hard to find time.
My kids can be hard on me.
They give me no time when I am home, so it's hard these days.
I may have to start working 15 days out fly back for 6 then same 15/6
100 hours week.
Will work eat workout and come home take them somewhere.
There is nothing atm but going away but money is not worry again if I do.
So f it. Do it till we set

Same here and as a matter of fact I cook 95percent of our family meals ,I was training to be a chef at one point in my life, mommy can cook but I'm the cook . Lol.and it absolutely calms my nerves

I am the cook!!!
When i met her 12 years ago, she cooked but learned from me.
Now cooks almost same as me.

But I seldom have time to cook.
When get home from work 95% of time food is done.

But me doing work for self and us moving it's been wacked. Our daughter still at same school finishing this year so we gotta go get her 20 minutes away everyday.
And mother in law ill.
So things been different.

I may start job that is in another state.
Fly me back and forth.
It's 15 on and 6 off constant and 90-98 hours a week when out.
So things may change more.
All living and food provided but may have to see about my own if not what I need

Today I was in a raging mood. Been dealing with a certain female person at work and none of the situation has been easy. Today was probably the worst yet. So I pulled the arm blaster out the trunk of the car she got arms til they felt like they were going to explode. In all honesty was a great workout lol. Finished with a 40 minutes stairclimber. This was a little pic from earlier in the day stopped by my buddies supplement shop and took a pic. No pump just chilling here. Sitting at 208 from initial 248.6. gunning for 200 by our end date. I feel confident it will happen.

The grind is real. I can feel my metabolism is in overdrive right now. I'm hungry right after I eat and just feel overall warmer. Everything going to plan as I was hoping. 206.2 this morning. Another couple lbs down. Smashed some shoulders yesterday. Pretty good day very high volume with moderate weight.
