Some of you older guys may know what I have here but this is essentially the holy Grail of old school phs. This is a real androhard from primordial performance. Think better then masteron and equal to high grade var. I know I'll never see another one again in my life so it's hard to actually use it. When this opportunity arose I jumped all over it. Btw anyone going to the Arnold I'll be there in flying out Friday morning.

These badboys go upwards of 800-1000 bucks on eBay. I've honestly thought of putting it there or not even touching it and keeping it as a collectable. There are hardly any of these units left anywhere in the world. Anyhow training
Past few days I've done legs crazy session
10x10 squat
8x12 leg press
8x8 hack squat
Finisher sissy squat bodyweight til failure with 3 second negatives.

Back day
Db rows 5x8
Meadows rows 5x12
Seated single arm rows 4x15
Good mornings 4x20
Weighted hypers 4x20
Wide grip lat pulldown with 2 second hold at contraction 4x12

Today was chest
Incline hammer strength 4x12
Decline bb bench 4x12
Decline db flyes 4x12
Flat hammer strength 4x8
Middle chest cable flyes 4x12 fighting the negatives all the way back until the negative wins.

Feeling great guys. I actually have added in test suspension 1cc on my non pin days. Has a bite but definitely loving it. Following day pip isn't too bad just burns going it as it is water based.

Diet has changed a little I'll add new plan soon. I'm down 11lbs from my starting weight. Feels very nice not to be force feeding anymore. I was holding alot of water and still am tbh. So that initial weight drop in that time isn't as crazy as it looks. Starting to see my normal vascularity coming back to life. That makes me happy lol.

Really going to be giving this contest every single thing I have and utilizing every tool in my arsenal. The tren is kicking in pretty good because I'm sweating like a priest in a whore house. Sweating at night as well. Mood has been decent but I've also been taken white vein kratom which helps and the proviron helps me too.
Pretty excited to be hitting up the Arnold. Going to be my first time attending and have alot of friends high up in the industry. So it will be cool to see them.

Sorry for the short hiatus guys. Was in Ohio at the Arnold. Everything on my end training wise is still grinding just as before. Ate a bit of diet from all the travel and hotel shit but I somehow came back 2 lbs lighter. No clue how. Starting to tighten up very nicely, vascularity is coming out as well. I did shoulders today was a crazy dropset session from hell. Every exercise was a 3 drop dropset EA set.
Shoulders:
Military press (working sets) 185,165,135
Set 2: 225,185,165
3: 245,225,185

Seated db military:90,80,70.
Set 2: 100,90,70
3: 105,90,40

Db laterals: 40,30,20 for 3 sets
Db front raises:50,40,30 for 3 sets

Upright rows: 95,75,55 for 3 sets

Face pulls 3 dropset( don't recall weights)

Bent over flyes single arm: 45,40,25 for 3

I'm very happy with current progress. Still have a boat ton ways to go but I'm ahead of schedule that I had personally set.

So as of yesterday morning officially down to 222 even. Making very good progress thus far from where I started. Things will start getting interesting very soon. Total diet revamp starts next week. I'll share complete breakdown of it on here with everyone. Supplements will remain the same for time being. Training and cardio has also stayed the same with 5 days on and 3 days of stairclimber at 20-25 minutes h.i.i.t.
Today I broke into the trend of doing Monday international chest day. Which I typically never do.

1 plate ea sd warm up of 30 reps

Internal and external rotation with 5lb plates then with 10s.

Seated rows light 30 rep warm up

Working set
Incline Hammer Strength:
1st set: 2 plates ea side for 15
2nd set: 3 ea for 12
3rd:4ea for 9
4th: 4 and a quarter ea for 7

Decline barbell bench:
225x15
275x13
315x10
335x8

Incline db press superset with incline db flyes
Db press 90x14 / db flye 60x14
Press 110x11 / db flye 70x11
Press 120x8 / db flye 70x9

Seated decline hammer Strength
2 plates ea side x15
3x13
4x8

Seated pec Dec (old school one where pads sit on your forearms)

4 sets til failure, didn't track weight just picked a weight that felt heavy and have it what I had.

Did this workout at noon and then did my cardio at 7:30 p.m

I'm trendy lol.... I used to do legs on international chest day cos all the racks wer empty and plus it's kinda annoying having to deal with all the "chestbros " on Monday. But I have fallen into the norm again.

Yesterday morning officially weighed in at 220.2. Tonight I started the primordial performance andro hard. I'll be doing 5 tabs in the a.m and 5 at night going forward. Also T4 will be getting added in with my gh. Training will be the same. Next week I'll begin carb cycling. Starting with 1 high and 1 low. I'll take updated pictures this weekend for you guys. Give a show of where we are at. Just wanted to say been following everyone and you guys are all doing a great job.
Tomorrow will be back or legs depending on if legs are better by tomorrow. They still are sore right now.
