2/26/2010 919 AM - Just took this yesterday. For still being 10 weeks out things are looking pretty good.
3/1/2010 9:00:46 AM - Unfortunately due to my messed up hips and having to take time away from squatting heavy my legs (specifically my quads) have atrophied some. Fortunately my hips are improving week to week and this was the hardest I have been able to push them lately. Another thing I have realized with my legs is that for bodybuilding purposes, while my quads have good lower thickness and a decent teardrop (vastus medialis) they lack any real sweep (meaning the outside of my thighs (vastus lateralis) need more size). To address this I am squatting (and performing my other compound leg movements) with a shoulder width stance with my feet pointing straight ahead. To bring back my size and hopefully add additional size to my quads I am focusing on performing primarily higher rep sets (15-20 or more) and working for the biggest pump possible. After the squats and leg presses today my quads were swollen and very vascular and burning like a mother.
Thats a fucking one-armed deadlift.
Idk if id call that a DB row....
Looks more like a DB row than what Branch does.
Also Matt's back is better than Branch's.
