Ok you don't get it.. you shouldn't have a 6 at the end of your weight do you understand what I am saying? Normally you can only go up in units of 5 lbs

1kg = 2.2lbs

So he can have 65kg on either side of the bar and that would give him total of 130kg + the weight of the bar

Video of your training please.. Not doubting your weights but would like to see your improved form!!!!!!!!!!!! Also how the hell are you coming up with odd numbers in your weights? Like squats 130 kg = 286 lbs??? Doesn't seem right..

Right, I understand that. But even though you guys go up in kg it still shouldn't be an uneven number. Even at my gym in the usa are weights have kg on them. So my point is you can not have a 6 on the end like max claims.

The weights aren't the same. We don't have 45lbs plates, we have 20kg (which is about 44lbs) instead and we have 10kg plates (~22lbs), not 25s and so on.

IMO your form needs work man, your squat wasnt even parallel, less grunting please, work on your form a bit maybe thats the reason why soposedly you dont grow, i havent seen the before pictures, but i under stand youve been training waaaaaaay longer than me, you should of made some good improvements, also close your mouth while training dude your teeth bout to fall outta your face.

yeh, i used to train with bad form but i´ve changed and now i train with good form and little slower pace on the reps

Thank god you have changed the way you were training Max. That was terrible form. No pause at the top of extenstions for contraction and reps were way too fast. I'd like to see a new video of your form now a days.

Just a little suggestion... you might be overdoing it a bit with 12 sets for your arms. Maybe lose an exercise for each?

No need to attack him personally. Fine if you suggest better form etc. but I don't think personal attacks are appropriate.

Re his form, maybe not the best, but I see MUCH worse in the gym every day.

since i killed myself yesterday with sets. i´m gonna down it a bit. 12 sets for bigger and 9 for smaller muscles

bb shoulder press:
-40kg 12 reps

db laterals:

db rear laterals:

Are you watching your heart rate? If so what number are you looking for on there? You shouldn't start your timer until you reach that BPM... I think you need to up it to 45 min two times a day..
