No need to attack him personally. Fine if you suggest better form etc. but I don't think personal attacks are appropriate.

Re his form, maybe not the best, but I see MUCH worse in the gym every day.

it was a joke, and like big vic said that video was old and i corrected myself and gave him props when he told me his form has improved, nothing personal i was cracking a joke.

Maybe even drop the volume for arms down to 6 sets per muscle group.

squats ATG:
-80kg 12 reps
-90kg 10 reps
-100kg 8 reps

leg press:
-200kg 12 reps
-210kg 10 reps

4 sets lunges with 20kg on the bar

leg extension:
-110lbs 15 reps

the low intensity is: walking on threadmill 5,0 speed, hrt is at 120 and there is no incline

today i did power UB

bb bench press:
-80kg 5 reps
-85kg 4 reps
-85kg 4 reps

bb rows underhand grip:
-110kg 5 reps
-120kg 4 reps
-120kg 4 reps

db shoulder press:
-30kg 5 reps
-32kg 5 reps
-32kg 5 reps
tryed 35kg in the 3rd set but i couldn´t get it up so i went back to 32´s

db shrugs:
-37kg 5 reps
-40kg 5 reps
-42kg 5 reps

then cardio:
- am and pm 30 mins on the bike for a change rpm 70-75

Max, you're gonna have to start doing atleast 45-60 minute sessions soon. Unless these 30 minute sessions are working? Will have to see how much progress you have made in your next set of pics.

Why don't you put a little effort into the cardio sessions? Being too lazy to do longer sessions you desperately need to up the intensity substantially.

not sure if i need to 45 min session yet being 16 weeks out. as a advice from braaq i´m gonna keep this low intensity. i´m not being lazy i´m just follow advice

I suggest doing what Tunen said about the cardio. He has more experience in bbing than you do.

What type of cardio did you do for your last show?
