Great session MAx, Yous till palnning on basketball, if so keep up the sprints if not drop them and pick up jogging lol.

well right now i just like being healthy and running is a part of that. dunno about the basketball it ain´t that serious tho, for the next couple of months i´m gonna try and lose some weight so cardio will play a some part in that

max you have the capacity to be a good bodybuilder , the only problem is the cutting...

this week i´m only gonna train 3x since im sore as hell after last session

today i did legs,calfs

squats:
-60kg 12 reps
-60kg 12 reps
-70kg 10 reps
-70kg 10 reps

leg press:
-110kg 12 reps
-110kg 12 reps
-120kg 12 reps
-120kg 12 reps

leg extension:
-70lbs 15 reps
-70lbs 15 reps
-90lbs 12 reps
-110lbs 12 reps

leg curls:
-4 sets of 10-12 reps with 70lbs

stiff leg deadz:
-4 sets of 12 with 40kg

seated calfs plate loaded:
-4 sets of 12 with 3 plates of 20kg´s

then running on treadmill 10 mins at 9,0

music during session:snoop,biggie small,2pac
music during running:cammilonaire

i think i won´t be able to walk tomorrow

i´ve completed day 2 of cutting, no cheats, if i do i will report to you guys, gonna be honest about it this time around

today was shoulders,arms

wasn´t exspecting some bball but i´ll take that as cardio, i did lika an hour of basketball

shoulder press:
-12kg 10 reps
-15kg 10 reps
-17kg 10 reps
-17kg 10 reps

db rear laterals:
-4 sets with 6kg db for 12 reps

db laterals standing:
-4 sets 8kg dbs 12 reps

shrugs with plates of 25kg´s 12 reps 4 sets

db curl:
-4 sets with 12kg

bb curls:
-the bar +5kg for 4 sets of 10 reps

preacher curls:
-4 sets with 8 kg 12 reps

lying tricep extension:
-4 sets with 20kg 10 reps

one arm db extension:
-4 sets with 8kg for 12 reps

rope pushdowns:
-4 sets with 30kg for 10 reps

kinda weak session but hope to get stronger soon

so i´ve made a nutrition plan for this month, my diet wasn´t so clear last week so i made a plan for this month.

so it´s 1800 cals

protein:184g
carbs:166
fat:47g

i know i need more protein but as of now i don´t have cash for whey protein so i´ll have to live with out that for this month and pick it up next month

bench press:
-3 sets of 60kg for 10 reps
-50kg for 10 reps

dips: 4 sets of 8 reps

db fly´s:4 sets of 12kg for 10 reps

pulldowns front:
-45kg 10 reps
-45kg 10 reps
-50kg 10 reps
-50kg 10 reps

bb rows:4 sets of 12 reps with 60kg

pulldown close grip:
-45kg 10 reps
-45kg 10 reps
-50kg 8 reps
-50kg 8 reps

db rows:4 sets with 25kg for 12 reps

cardio:tredmill running at 9,0 for 10 mins
