i just got to read this stuff and i think this routine makes more sense for me than the other one i used for this week and as i am playing basketball on fridays and i could improve my sprint endurance on those off days

hows B Ball training and game play going for you?
just my thought but maybe you could up the minutes on the cardio machine to even 20 minutes at least, i find 10 minutes wouldn't be enough

sup dryden, well the b ball ain´t so serious but i play every friday just for fun, better that way, the cardio will be more minutes just getting my stamina up so i can run for longer time, right now there is no goal just being healthy and trying to lose few kg´s maybe 5 or so

well this style if pretty good since it´s power and hyperthropy so it´s great, takes a little time to get used to but it´s fine

so i trained upperbody strenght yesterday with sprinting

bb bench press:
-3 sets with 80kg for 5 reps

bb rows:
-3 sets with 90kg for 5 reps

db shoulder press:
-3 sets with 27kg for 5 reps

db shrugs:
-3 sets with 40kg for 5 reps

cardio:sprinting on treadmill for 2 mins, at speed 18,0

just trying to get up my sprinting endurance

Nice session there max, you might want to try hang clenas they work wonders for explosive sprinting power.

thanks guys

so i did lowerbody power

squats:
-3 sets with 100kg 5 reps

stiff leg deadz:
-60kg 5 reps
-70kg 5 reps
-80kg 5 reps

then calfs 6 sets with 8 reps

cardio:sprinting 2 mins,1 min jog

If you do decide to try out the WSFSB program eventually, give me or TJ a pm about it.

Personally I'd hit squats 5x5 rather than 3x5.

i would go 5x5 but i´m cutting so that is why i only do 3x5

today:chest,shoulders volume day and cardio

incline machine press:
-4 sets with 55kg 12 reps

bb bench press:
-4 sets with 60kg 12 reps but the last set i only could manage 8 so 12 reps for 3 sets and 8 for the last one

dips:
-15 reps
-12 reps
-10 reps
-8 reps

cable crossover 4 sets 15 reps

smith´s shoulder press:
-4 sets 40kg 12 reps

rear laterals:
-4 sets with 7kg 12 reps

laterals:
-4 sets with 10 kg 12 reps

cardio: on treadmill 2 min sprint,1 min jog at 8,0, 15 min run at 10,0 kinda like this rather then just do sprints

so it´s leg day volume

squats:
-60kg 12 reps
-4 sets 70kg 12 reps but the last set was 14 reps

leg press:
-5 sets with 150kg 12 reps

leg extension:
-5 sets 110lbs for 15 reps

leg curls:
-at least 5 sets with 90lbs, i did 5 sets and then started doing sets until the squat rack was cleared, so it might be 7-8 set but i can´t remember

stiff leg deadz:
-4 sets with 50kg 12 reps

calf raises on leg press:
-60,70,80,90,100,110kg,120kg for 30-20 reps, i did each weight then 30 sec rest

calf raises seated plate loaded:
-4 sets with 3 plates 12 reps

i was gonna skip the cardio but im addicted to run so i did 15 mins on treadmill at speed 10,0, listening to metallica - death magnetic disc it was killer :headbang:
