after a week break im ready to go at again
here we go chest and bicep
bb bench press:
-80kg 6 reps
-90kg 5 reps
-80kg 8 reps
machine incline press:
-80kg 15 reps
-95kg 6 reps
-100kg 5 reps
db flat press:
-37kg 4 reps
-37kg 4 reps
heath db curls one arm at a time:
-20kg 6 reps
-22kg 6 reps
those are heavy as hell. what do is that you don´t alternate, you do reps with one arm and then do the other one, pretty damn hard
bb curls:
-40kg 6 reps
-40kg 6 reps
cardio: running for 25 mins, still got my stamina
