i changed up my routine a lil, gonna do lil more sets and higher reps

here we go chest and bicep

bb incline press:
-80kg 10 reps
-90kg 8 reps
-90kg 8 reps

db incline press:
-35kg 8 reps
-35kg 8 reps
-32kg 10 reps

flat db press:
-35kg 10 reps
-35kg 10 reps
-35kg 10 reps

weighted dips:
-30kg 8 reps
-30kg 8 reps
with no weight 30 reps

bb curls:
-40kg 8 reps
-40kg 8 reps
-40kg 8 reps

db curls:
-20kg 10 reps
-20kg 8 reps
-17kg 12 reps

e-z bar preacher curls:
-20kg 10 reps
-20kg 10 reps
-20kg 10 reps

then i did cardio: 20 mins of running at speed 10,0

Awesome back session, if you think you can do more weight on Deads. Try jumping a bit higher and not repping the lighter weight more than 4 instead of only going up 10 kg, for sex reps for each set.
Other than that your session looks great, keeping that volume relatively low.
