-45kg 6 reps i can touch these now, the heavyest db´s in the gym, PB

db incline press: kinda tired after flat press so i went a lil lower

today was chest, was gonna hit cardio but wasn´t feeling so good
kinda weird i felt kinda bad, like i had the flu or some but managed to get the session done

bb bench press:
-80kg 10 reps

max you should get a camera at post vids of your sessions. Im not about to call you a liar but I think your form should be examined especially if your doing 4 sets of bodyweight pullups for 20 reps after doing crazy volume already. If the form your using is true and the weight you use true then all props to u, but theres just a lot of things that dont add up about your log especially when you say your 1 rm bench press is 100kg and your throwing the 45kg dumbells around for reps...

thinking the same thing bro. i've seen your profile pics max and you do not come across to me as someone capable of doing what your numbers indicate. i've read most of youngmusclejock's posts in other threads regarding your diet, physique and whatnot and i'm in aggreance with him hear.

this may not be what you would like to hear max. but there is just a little too much "amazing fantastic job" being said around here when what you would most benefit from is an honest opinion instead of people just always being positive.

i don´t see why i would lie about what i´m using in the gym, that would be really stupid, if you think i can´t do these type of numbers then fine, doesn´t bother me.
