i´m switching up abit now. doing more volume and training more often split is now

day6:legs

my sets will be around 20 sets per bodypart, and atleast 16 for smaller bodyparts

squats:

-160kg 10 reps
-170kg 10 reps
-180kg 6 reps PB crazy weight

i did more like 20 sets for legs don´t gonna post everything

tomorrow is gonna be chest with db´s and shoulders i´ll try to post more tomorrow
