Maxmonzter maybe you need to lose the weight and get down to about 70kg.

Then start all over.

Start with getting some width to use back , capping your shoulders.

I think you need to build you base before trying to mass up.

And i'm not sure what gear you are on , but it is fucking up your body bigtime.

Lay of the shit , get your ass down in weight and try and build it up cause currently you got no width and your waist is just bad.

Losing weight won't do him much good, he's probably at a decent anabolic bf%. He just needs to stick to a plan for longer than 3 weeks and get some bulk.

bonus set-100kg 2 reps, failed on the 3rd

db incline press
-37kg 4 reps

dips
-me+10kg plate 6 reps
-me+15kg plate 6 reps

today i did back and cardio

i was tested today on calipers and im 12,8 was 13,8 so im progressing wich is what im looking for

deadlifts:
-150kg 4 reps
-160kg 4 reps
-170kg 4 reps

pullups 2 sets 10
pulldown:
-55kg 10 reps
-60kg 10 reps

db rows:
-30kg 10 reps
-32kg 10 reps
-35kg 10 reps
-35kg 10 reps

and ended with cable pullovers 4 sets 10

cardio 20 mins, been using crosstrainer for the past 2 weeks

did legs,calfs and abs and cardio

squats:
wu-60kg 12 reps
-100kg 4 reps
-110kg 3 reps
-120kg 2 reps, could have gotten 1-2 more reps but just trying get used to, to look just up and not straight. think it´s a powerlifting thing, i got lessons from a powerlifter when i was doing those sets

leg press:
-200kg 6 reps
-210kg 6 reps

standing calf raises:
-130kg 8 reps
-140kg 8 reps
-150kg 8 reps

20 min of cardio
5 sets of abs

progression is the name of the game..and your quads and back aree very impressive bro!you will stillbe a decent size when you cut down, and not a shriveled up little pussy like me ! haha

Like Napol says man, quads back look good,
just need to cut more, which i know is tough, i do 30-35mins cardio at gym and cardio here at the house with a 100lb punching bag, sometimes its tempting to laze around tho..

Yeah, legs look good from every posted angle (not sure about side poses). IMO you should focus on get some more back width.
