What do you think could be holding you back from gaining size? Maybe its the constant cut/bulk/cut/bulk/cut/bulk every 2-3 months.

I really (and i honestly mean this) admire your work ethic in the gym but you need to stick to a diet plan for more than a few weeks to see decent results.

Don't take this as an attack as its not. Just being honest.

admire your honesty, i would be leaner then i am today, but alot of shit was going on in oktober so it wasn´t 100%, i always and always suck at the eating part, but i am on the right track deff, gaining size has always been a problem and yeh i agree that is has alot to do with cutting and never finishing the cutting.

I do understand that nothing we say is going to change they way you are. If you want to change for the better your going to have to make that decision yourself and decide to just DO IT!

Max, as Pain said, your training A.D.D. is holding you back. Just choose a simple program, stick to it, lift heavy and eat big for a year or 2.

today i did some deadlifts

-150kg 5 reps
-170kg 1 rep
-190kg 1 rep
-192kg -fail

postworkout meal- white fish and potatoes

i did some heavy squating today

110kg 2 reps
120kg 1 rep
130kg 1 rep but after doing these i think i´ve sprained my tendon near the left calf

little update on my cutting: feel good everyday now and seems like my lovehandles are shrinking, been really strict for the past 3 weeks, no cheating or anything like that, last week i only did 1 cardio session, but this week i´ll deff do more close to 5-6, my goal for the december month is to lose most of my love handles rather then hoping to lose any number of weight, my next pics will be in 2 weeks time, so it´s every 3 weeks wich will showcase better fat loss

yeh it´s pretty weird how deadlift comes so easy to me, prolly why my back is so good
