my back always gets lean very fast but my front always is slower to get lean, really weird, but yeh im prolly around 10-11, problably higher

According to the Oxford BBing Dictionary "shredded" is a subjective term, relative to the individual.

db flat press:

Looking good, got a question tho, how come you build up to one heavy set in all your exercises?
- I mean if you can do 10x27,5 and only because you do some set while working up to the heavy it's acctually only the last set that really gives something, get me?

well i´ve just always done it like that, sure you might be correct the last only counts but, i prolly couldn´t do the 27kg´s if i didn´t build up to it
