yep there this bench press meet and im registered in this powerlifting club wich is local and they are hosting a bench press meet so that is why i wanna try it out and im hoping to get 120kg

nope, not doing it, i ain´t there mentally, don´t feel like dieting and don´t want it that bad

Why don't you change your program to a contest peaking template for your bench? You don't seem to have made any changes to your lifting in preparation for such a meet. You are not going to be able to add 20kg to your lifts in just 3 weeks without some sort of focused program. Also what are you planning to use as your opener?

And a 600lb deadlift? Good luck. If you make it make sure you tell me your secret.

How come? Your'e doing a PL meet while you are not even familiar with the proper technique required for the comp. This just keeps getting better and better.

Strong deadlift.

But it's gonna be very hard to make 120kg in 3 weeks, you have probably 2 more heavy workouts before the deload week, but good luck!
