oh noes relying on a spotter to go heavier then 120kg and u intend to do 140 at the meet. lol max your gonna hurt yourself :S

last time when i did 140, i had 3 spotters

I gotta second El Freako on the bench shit. Dude, if you only can hit 100 for a few reps raw, you need to work on your raw bench FIRST. You're still just a beginner, in that regard. Save the shirt for later in PL career.

i deff agree but the only reason why i am using a shirt is becouse everyone in my fed uses them so that is why i use a shirt

But if you use the shirt constantly then you will never make it anywhere in the fed as a bencher. You know full well that you chest is a weakpoint of your physique.

yesterday i did deadlifts

2 sets 167kgs of 5 reps 80% of max

plus some other shit

squats 85 of max
wu:
50kg 8 reps
80kg 1 rep
100kg 1 rep

workset
-120kg 4 reps
-120kg 4 reps

then a bunch of other shit

today was deadlift

178kgs 4 reps
178kg 5 reps, i had one extra rep in me

then did a little for back rows and pulldowns, then shoulders and biceps and also traps

also did running just 5 mins becouse its been so long since did cardio

some exiting news jay cutler will be in iceland november 20th, can´t wait for that

also i´ve been bulking and with ideas from Napol3onator, im gonna do like he is gonna do, bulk for a month then cut for 3 weeks, sounds good since im in my fyrst year of two in the bulking phase and trying to gain some muscle b4 i hit the stage again
