Oh, right. I thought you were doing this log in kg, but now I remember you saying on the first page that it was in pounds. That would explain why I thought some of your lifts were hugely disproportionate :49:

Anyway, despite not multiplying all your numbers by 2.2 anymore, you're still looking great. You're moving up pretty consistently so far, so keep that up. Biceps look pretty strong, too :xyxthumbs:

yea it was 110 with 12reps for one leg.. next time i try to go up to 130 for one leg :xmasbigok:

tomorrow, i try to get 5lbs more in my kickbacks and arround 10-20lbs each DB more for my shrugs :gaygay: :gaygay:
