dumbbell shrugs 60 / 90 / 125 P.B. (each dumbbell)
Crunches: 3x25 with 25sec. break between...
and yes like always 12 heavy reps
benchpress 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 P.B.
diagonally dumbbell benchpress 30 / 30 / 35 / 35 (each dumbbell)
dumbell pullovers 30 / 45 / 50 / 60 P.B.

like always, everything done with 12 reps except those SZ Biceps Curls.. 7 from bottom to half, than no break 7 from top to half, than again no brake 7 full ones!

actualy i make 730lbs for my 4th rep and went than to the leg ext.
but i didnt felt that goot today ( so i saw stars for a short time lol) and decided against it.. (look at my other leg days )
and i wanna have some bulky legs.. big bigger and HUGE i like it.. i have 80cm now and want way more
