thats it for today, at end of session my elbow pain started again :tear: but its more in my forearm now than elbow.. which is kinda weird :umwtf:

hit back,biceps today..

felt kinda lazy at the beginning but after my bud "big d" came in and pressed the 120's on incline for warmups i started to feel fly and put some weight on the bar and got a nice p.b. on one arm hammer strength iso lat rows (plate loaded)

weight: 258.5lbs
time: 45min

stiffed leg deads: 135 / 225 / 315 / 405 (12/10/10/6 reps)
bent over rows: 135 / 225 / 225 (15 / 10 / 10 )
hammer strength iso rows one arm: 1x10 with 135lbs ; 1x10 with 180lbs ; 1x8 with 230lbs ; 1x7 with 255 P.B
EZ-Bar Curls Close Grip: 85 / 85 / 105 / 105 (10/10/8/8 reps)
Cable Concentration Curls (elbow on knee): 40 / 60 (10/6 reps)

thats it for today :) now 1 day off and go back sunday for chest :)

Front Squats on Hacksquat Machine: 3x10 with 4x45lbs plates a side
Squats: 225 / 315 / 405 (10/8/6 reps)
Squeeze Leg Extentions: 2x10 with 165lbs and 3sec. hold on top with very slow motion
one legged leg curls: 80 / 90 / 130 (10/10/8 reps, slow motion)
Hammer Strength Crunches: 3x30 with 200lbs
standing calf raises: 3x10 with 395lbs
seated leg raises: 6x15 with 4x45lbs plates : 1 set with failure than take 1 plate of keep going to failure take another one off etc.

thats it for today! feels good, little lighter weight today but i guess enough to keep these suckers in a "i have to grow" mode :keke:

thx man! strength comes with time. i do bb since 2 years now :) legs have always been my strongest body part :)
