haha idk everyone asks me that, on my last cycle my deadlift stayed the same the only thing that went up dramatically was my squat i went from 320x1 half way to 500x1 zeroed, my deadlift sucks ass its one of my favorite workouts but the weight doesnt change, plus i screwed up my lower back 3 weeks ago today was my first day in 3 weeks i deadlifted and i got 430 nice and clean hopefully it goes up, thanks bro

I've had great success attacking the deadlift from a WSB pov.

When you use your weights are you allowed to use your all time best lift or where you are currently? My squat has dropped in the past year do to a knee injury

I think they're meant to be current lifts, otherwise I'm adding 10kg to my deadlift and 15kg to my squats!

These lifts were accomplished in april both with a knee injury. I have to get surgery done at the end of the season. The bench was in the past month.
