MuscleMecca: What Is Your Current Workout Routine

Here is mine
it rotates around each week,
1 week will be chest x 2 then the next week will be back x 2

Monday: Chest & Biceps
tuesday: Back & Abs
Wednesday: Shoulders & Triceps
Thursday: Off
Friday: Quads & Calves
Saturday:chest & Biceps
Sunday:eek:ff

To describe my routine is to trap it. Once trapped a routine cannot flourish but instead withers and slowly fades. The lustre that once was a great routine becomes a dull shadow of drudgery merely a facade of what once was. But hark open the cage and the routine flys free anew. No longer merely an object on display it is now a living breathing entity that takes on a form that constantly changes with the light. The perception of its very being is all at once and then at another whilst ever changing as it goes to seek its freedom on the ever lasting journey to fulfillment.

monday: chest and tris
tuesday: back and bis
wednesday or thursday: rest depending on how i feel
wednesday or thursday: legs depending on when i needed the rest
friday: chest and tris

i do fst-7 at the end of all muscles except legs

Full body every other day. I go into the gym with 4-5 big compound exercises and rep schemes I'd like to do for that day.

Example:

Power cleans 5x5
Sumo deadies 4x6
Flat Bench 3x10
Pulls 4x6-8

Did this tonight and it felt fucking awesome. I'll rotate similar movements every time I goto gym.

Weekends I do HARDCORE CARDIO.

The exercises I use change each 4 weeks. But the general workout regime looks the same. I change the general routine ever 3 months.

I work overnight 5 days a week, got school work to do.
i pay rent, buy all the groceries, house work like a damn maid etc
then i try to make it to gym 2 days a week,
