u might be right .. but after a cardio session ur body is out of fuel and glycogen .. so it's better to refuel ur glycogen store otherwise ur muscle would used for replanish it .. that's point manGumby51cm said:getting a sandwhich like that after cardio kinda defeats the purpose.....am i right? lol
