the second rep with the 180's was really hard but I got it, best PB ever.

not trying to be mean but your numbers if done well would make you better at squatting then me, tim, anabolicous and skeptic at 5kg less bodyweight then all of us.

realy glad with my max-out on bench, it was easy, trying the 130kg is the goal 3 weeks from now.
Just realized how my bench in 6 months got so better, went from a disaster move to possible my best and the one I love the most. :turborun:
