Great shoulder pressing, buddy. Don't sweat that last set of close-grippers, you're allowed to get tired as your workout goes on.

@PV : prick.. i've seen, I'm after you watch your back. and you'll get a vid of the shrugs. 220. next time.

@Pickle: try them, they're really fun, and hit the shoulders well you know how to do right?

@LIne: it's alright, I was tired and my tricep felt awkard in the last set I lowered the bar too fast, those were done without a spot.
