strong session samson.i am amazed that after all this dead lifts and rack pulls you are able to do strong sets of barbell rows...dont you guys get sore after all this?i did 5 heavy sets(for me)of deadlifts yesterday and i cant bent now(you know i have to bent to milk the goat...)

Bench: 150kg(330lbs), Jan '08, bw~93kg(207lbs)
Squat: 200kg(440lbs), Jan '08, bw~93kg
Dead lift: 200kg(440lbs), Mar '06, bw~103kg(229lbs)
