Well, when I was 103kg I was overbulked and cut my weight till around 90kg in ~2½ months. The pic in the avy is from around mid march last year after cutting for 3-4 months from around 97kg. Now I'm at 93kg with a lower bf% than at 90kg after cutting from 103kg.

I was also pretty happy about the deads today. The strength is pretty good right now even though we've just started a new protocol after a full 10 days of deloading. Hopefully it'll get even better when we're further along with the new protocol:tiphat:

i heard that rack deads really work the traps....true?might try it soon

I at least feel them in my traps today. Especially the middle fibers. So I'd give it a go. But they're also great for lower back.
