Todays training.- only had 4.5 minutes to train in.

Chins:
462 reps
367 reps

Dips:
Ran out of numbers.

Squat- only with kneewraps, squatsuit and a quarter ROM so pretty much a raw lift:
12x800kg
30x900kg

Thanks. I of course have no video of those lifts but I did write it down online and that counts even more.

Yes I am. I'm entering a competetion on Iceland but I have to work on my form because it's just too good at the moment. :tear:
