I like those squats and good mornings, I really don't know how it is possible to do good mornings without fall over :D. Have to try sometimes.
Thats sounds maybe corny but strong session as allways bro!

I'm just trying to keep up with Jewnen and Nissen.- Which is pretty hard to do in the 3 big lifts.

At least I have them beat on overall sexiness. :gaygay:

T.J. H00ker--> I actually hate goodmornings more than I hate squats so you can be sure that it a lot of hate:D anyway I just recently pretty got the technique nailed on goodmornings and IMO it is a somewhat difficult exercise. But it is defiently worth doing and my hams are usually fucked the day after. :D

I would be very glad to see how you perform those insane Bent over Rows, is it possible to make a little video, some day? I figured you may be standing more vertical than normal, since you can handle those weights, am I wrong?

Mosbjerg--> I think I can make a video some time soon. I am leaning forward in a 45 degree angle and this is the position I find best. I've tried to do them in a more horizontal position but didn't get much out of it.
