thats alot of weight for front squats, still dont know how people keep the bar in front of them :S, DB presses as well amazing. good volume man!!!

I train with them twice a week and on the weekends I train in another gym. :)

sweet, must be great. Youve trained very different in the past, how do you like this style of training? And do it works for you?

I actually like this training very much and since it's only 3 days a week I seem to increase my weight which is something I found difficult before. But the more rest makes it easier and my joints also gets more rest. :2:
