Just ask away. :)

I follow the same protocol as they do but I sometimes change a few of the smaller exercises. Like today they trained calfs where I choose to do a few sets of leg curl instead.

Also when I train in the other gym I usually do some heavy DB. pressing instead of heavy bench press as that gym is much better equipped.
