Kai is looking fantastic... this should be the best Olympia yet!
I am a die hard Cutler fan so regardless of how good Phil and Kai are looking I am still rooting for Jay Cutler! Go Jay go...

kai's a psycho. This will be a good olympia i hope they all bring their best. I think its safe to assume that if they all do bring there best. no body is cracking through Kai, Phil and jay as the top 3.

One, thats all you got out of the video?
Two, he had already done a bunch of pretty intense sets of other excercises
Three, its the angle of your leading leg to the ground that matters NOT the trailing legs position... e.g. when you do lunges with your trailing leg on a bench you are obviousely not touching the ground!
Four, like Beau said he is still going to have the biggest & most ripped legson stage...

Really? Bc of his separation from the front you think they will be the best? Or bc of what? I think Phils legs are far more aesthetic and have better separation myself, but I can understand why you want to stand up for the bber that you idolize, that is normal. I did the same thing with kai. Ie: I sympathized with how Kai explained his experience lifting bc it was very similar to mine when I was lifting.
