Jay looks great... I respected Derik Farnsworth before but after listenning to waht he had to say to Jay ... man he knows muscles or what... I always spotted the kink in Jay's front lat spread and it always felt like there was "knot" holding him from hitting the pose correctly from that side! Great video and Im a fan of Deriks all over again!

Yeah derik has a lot of merrit from training to advice and apparantly in anatomy of massage. U can see the change in mobility in his shoulder after the massage, he arm has better range of motion.

kefalianos is looking sick and his quads are awesome..i ve heard that he spends many hours on the stationary bike,dont know if its true tho
