Branch Warren had said all along that if he didn't win a show, he wouldn't compete at the Olympia. But even if he wanted to, he doesn't have enough qualification points now and there are no more shows, anyway, before the O.

With that said, he is doing himself - and the judges - a favor. Warren has had a great career, but received a gift last year with sixth. That was most likely a 'thank you' for his strong stance against Lee Thompson and his pledge of allegiance to the NPC/IFBB at last year's event.
