Ronny Rockel has the total package. And it looks like he has brought up his shoulders and back IMO from last year. I really hope Ronny Wins this. He is the most symmetrical bodybuilder in the competining PRO IFBB

deff the best rockel i´ve seen and i think he will take, but also haley could upset he´s looking really amazing so i´m pulling for either the two, silvio is amazing and moe packed some beef to his frame

IMHO Rockel looked a little bit better than Silvio... I don't like the body structure of Silvio...

EDIT: Martin looked better than I think he would and Troy Alves put on lots of beef!!! Good job, man!
