I would really like to see a Phil leg session.
Legs are toast. I killed them today and @FLEX_Magazine will have it posted online soon. Now time to get some food in.

Jose Raymond took 9th place in the 2009 202 Showdown. While it's in the top 10 — an impressive feat at the most competitive bodybuilding show on the planet — there's still ground to cover for the 35-year-old IFBB Pro League athlete from Massachusetts.
Raymond, six weeks out from the 202 Showdown, trained at Gold's Venice in California. As you'll see in the video, you can't say he isn't focused, but will he bring enough of a package to take down last year's champ Kevin English, '08 winner David Henry or a number of up-and-comers all out to make a name for themselves in the 202 division? We'll find out September 24-25 in Las Vegas.
