Great job. Big squats and those benches were impressive too - a big max and then 15 reps with the 100kg is damn fine.

Nice job. It was looking real good and then those front squats blew it away! 5 sets of 10 at that weight is damn tough!

cheers doods. Front squats went allright with the new grip and deads were real light. I'm doing waves on them, so every once in a while they'll be easy. At other times though... :ughnoes: :ughfingers:

Well - actually I tend to focus on getting stronger for periods of time in order to progress. Just now is one of those periods :food-snacking:

some people have seem to be having problems i tend to blame them on the new admin lol great lifts and glad you could get back online
